cpl in south africa costs 30 lakhs and in patial aviation club and falcon both and two more schools in india are also providing the cpl in32 laks including fooding and lodging . so according to you which is better and why? plz reply

Obviously South Africa, reason behind is that you will get to learn more and can fly anywhere you want. Even take your friends family with you.

If we make it a full-stop landing, then the second leg will not be counted as part of 100 nm. Does it also mean we cannot do a touch-and-go and then continue to our final destination? Do we need to overfly continuously so that the entire flying time gets added to the 50-hr requirement?

Yes but if you are doing toch and go then you should mention that point overfly point in your statement. Don't mention touch n go in logbook separately.
