We have to divide 108 by particular numbers, so divide 108 by 6, and not 27.
18*6=108,hope you get it

You missed 3. This is a bad method, how do you where to stop dividing 108 ?

I have mentioned in the video, when the factors are too close to each other like in this case 9,12 so in between them only 10 and 11 come and they are not dividing 108 completely so they can't be the factors that's why we stop at 12
