"Country house with land near Alvaiázere.
The property is located in a small village close to the town of Alvaiázere, where you can find everything you need for your daily life, such as Supermarkets, Schools, Health Center, Pharmacy, Restaurants, Banks, etc. As well as quick and easy connections to all directions in Portugal.

Going outside, we have a stone staircase, with an original design, that takes us to the small attic, currently used as a storage room.
There are two side annexes to the house; one of them used as an improvised guest room and the other used as a storage room.
The house has fully functioning water and electricity from the company.
Access is good.
In front of the house there is a plot of land measuring around 1,400 m2, with beautiful views all around and where there are some fruit trees, especially olive trees and loquat trees. In the future you can plant many more trees and beautify the place even more to your liking.
This could be an excellent opportunity for those looking for a small country house, with a typically Portuguese style, with lots of charm, in a calm and relaxing area of Portugal."

Very nice, perfect for a retired couple or single who love to garden. I like the idea of opening the living area by incorporating the small bedrooms, and using the large rear room as an office / studio / guest suite.
The large covered patio is wonderful, add a traditional churrasco and it is indeed the perfect summer living area.

Very confusing. The house is attached to so many other houses. When you showing the drone video, the house looked massive. I was about to say that i wanted to purchase it for that price.
in this rural areas, and as a semidetached house, is comun to find things like this one. But i guess that the other house was close, and will possiblly be for sale as to.

I may say that is closed and possibly will be.
