FABULOUS painting! Took so much courage to keep going..... the most difficult thing is to know when to stop. The French call it ' realiser', to realise the painting, ie to take it to it's perfect conclusion. You certainly realised this one. I love it! Cant wait for the next one.

I can’t believe it, I have had both black and white Liquitex spray paint for a year and still have not tried them! I already have what you are springing on is today, yay! I was holding off because I wanted to try it outdoors first to see how much mess I would make, I need to ‘stuff it up’ eh! I love the crescent stencil and your painting is stunning, I just love your enthusiasm and sense of fun! You have given me courage to go for it! I just found you today on CZcams. I used to do art with charcoal but my hands shake a little bit now so I can’t do that. Now I’m going to try acrylics with different pours and abstracts. Quite interesting, love the look. You got me with the first masks you used, went right on PM Studio and ordered that with another group of masks.. Came close to ordering the Crescent Moon, but spent enough. Went back to your video and there you are with the Crescent Moon shape . I love your freedom of working Froyle, I do not have this when it comes to painting; I tend to be too precise and of course this does not work when applying a substrate. I need to have more courage. I enjoy watching your Sunday videos while I sit in bed with my tea and toast. Bliss.

That turned out so beautiful and I love your colors. When you showed the close-up at the end, I noticed crackling in some areas, which looks really cool! What caused that to happen? You are so positive and encouraging, I look forward to these all week long!!
Oh yes! I was experimenting with the tar gel. When you put it over a painting it gives a thick resinous look, I love it! Although, I think the weather is too cold because it has never cracked like that before, but I really love the effect! 😍 I wondered if anyone would notice! 😘 you are a champion 👍🏼 thanks for joining me!

Absolutely LOVE your painting......how great is using spray paint!?!?!?! I'm gonna get some. I was looking at water based spray paints and saw that in addition to Liquitex, Montana has a water based spray paint too. You could check to see of it's more readily available there in New Zealand and if the shipping is less. Of course....you'd need to do more EXPERIMENTING to see if they work as well as the Liquitex ones did. We love your experiments!!!

This experiment really did turn out well! The cracking is interesting and I too would like to know why that happened? The paint is very expensive even here in Canada. It ranges from $25-$55. I will maybe give that to myself as a gift for my birthday.

I put a layer of Tar Gel over the painting and it's quite cold, so it could have been the weather. It doesn't usually do that, it gives it a shiny resinous look, but this time it went like that, anyway I like it! Thanks for joining me, cheers Froyle

I added a layer of Clear Tar Gel over the painting to give it a glossy resinous look and I think the temperature was too cold, as it created this crackling effect! But I just love it! Thanks for watching, cheers Froyle
