this is the saddest thing, i have realized. i use to think, maybe if i give out this love and stay positive for everyone else. that maybe i would get it in return. No i just got used and abused. i went back to being alone. it easier.

There's no point in opening up about your problems. People just tell you it's your own fault for being unhappy and you need to deal with it yourself.
It cant be true, seeing our selfs from the truthful side will always be needed, required, it gives us a view point of our selfs so we can see us so we can move forward because we look at who we have are past the emotions that made us so closed in the prior, just know that being truthful with others and yourself, truthfully will always help. It heals us it is the view of our selfs so we can see us in our states of negative emotion, see the ways we act and provide insight to mend what may be broken, it is to be seeing it is to be open. You know that we all know that if we can see past what blinds us, see ourselves examine ourselves without emotions weighing in our judgment it is to be open so be open, never give up and you know, be smart be kind, be Truthfully seeing, it is your perseption so be open. Damn i feel this shit so fucking much!! And Christmas is 6 days away. I hate watching shorts around this time. Everyone is so happy and loved. All i get myself is NyQuil so i dont have do even be awake. 4 bottles and im out like a light. The sad part is i am that guy that helps elderly people at walmart with their groceries, give close to my last money to kids crying for a special thing at walmart because there mom wont do it. Uts those moments man.

Man oh man I try and open up but when people tell me I can, they really don't mean that. They don't wanna hear negative things. People say they like me or they love being around me but I don't realize how much of a lie that was. How easily they will disappear from your life.

I've always felt like the third wheel. Whether that be someone's relationship or a friend group or my family, I've always been that extra wheel. Thanks, I do believe that the reason why someone is always in a sad mood is because they keep focusing on that emotion. It's okay for it to feel it from time to time but we should never let the negative thoughts overflow.
