Correct. That's exactly why she changed her tune. One baby having countless powers means it won't be easy to make a suit and countermeasures that help each power as some powers can mess with another. Plus Edna can see things from a new lense so all around it helps everyone. Even she can see that and keeps seeing it considering she will babysit for free as it can better help her with costume features and gadgets to help.

Funny thing super intelligence is not considered a super power in the Incredibles universe. Crazy that all the main villians, Syndrome, Screenslaver and even the Underminer used high intelligence and tech to overpower the superhumans. Edna is a clear example of having super intelligence.
One thing I love about the Incredibles movies was that neither of the voice actors for Violet and Edna auditioned for their parts. Sarah Vowell (Violet) is a historian who was doing a radio interview about canons and when they heard her on the radio, they tracked her down and extended the offer. Brad Bird himself voiced Edna as he did the voice during auditions to ask if people could do the accent he was envisioning and ended up voicing the part himself. Very cool.
And THAT is why Incredibles 2 shouldâve been a time jump. Because I wouldâve loved having them deal with Jack Jack and his burgeoning powers, not the obvious villain that everyone figured out from the second act

@@dragonbreeder1995 @masterhound5093 but that in itself is rewarding bad behavior teaching him to go demon baby faster and more frequently so he can get some delicious foam. I would say giving him a treat before he goes demon is far better than after for the very reason that instead of just making them happy in the first place you follow up that bad behavior with the reward.
I would love to see a movie just with her dealing with superheroes and then at the same time meeting The Incredibles and that moment when she gets a whole Ocean of inspiration from the baby.
One of the top support Heroes. Her knowlege in making gadgets according to the persons powers and adding so much it so cool.
Edna is an icon and this was by far one of my favorite scenes.

Edna is lowkey, probably much smarter than Syndrome.
Funny thing super intelligence is not considered a super power in the Incredibles universe. Crazy that all the main villians, Syndrome, Screenslaver and even the Underminer used high intelligence and tech to overpower the superhumans. Edna is a clear example of having super intelligence.
One thing I love about the Incredibles movies was that neither of the voice actors for Violet and Edna auditioned for their parts. Sarah Vowell (Violet) is a historian who was doing a radio interview about canons and when they heard her on the radio, they tracked her down and extended the offer. Brad Bird himself voiced Edna as he did the voice during auditions to ask if people could do the accent he was envisioning and ended up voicing the part himself. Very cool.
The short film is hilarious too. It's about her and Jack time together.
And THAT is why Incredibles 2 shouldâve been a time jump. Because I wouldâve loved having them deal with Jack Jack and his burgeoning powers, not the obvious villain that everyone figured out from the second act
I loved that Edna was an incredible designer in fashion and practicality; Edna knew everything there was to know about a volatile superhero looking good in indestructible fabrics
And on top of that? She learned from her mistakes. Once she realized her past hero projects with capes caused heroes to die, she stopped doing capes.
