    Thanks! Just what i was looking for! Good and concise explanation. I had so much trouble animating a simple piston and crank mechanism in 3ds max.

    That seems like a better solution for steam engine rig, especially when you want engine to travel on track and turn - without breaking entire rig.

    hello, i recently having problem to create rigging for solid/rigid axle car suspension. Many of the tutorial was about the independent suspension. Maybe you could help show me the way? thank you.
