Hi mate ......I stopped it after 15 years and it can be done .....got to break it down real slow......I started to miss a day for a month 20mg then after that two days for another month then I cut the dose to 10mg every 3 days for a month then went 5 days for month .....then I stopped completely.....head was a bit fussy but no bad sides ......clean now 2 years ......Gingko Bilbao is my go to now and 5htp .....really helps but u can’t do the 5htp on them pills ......gingko after a week really clears the fog on head and running thoughts ......I use the drops twice a day in water ......been research done on gingko and tho it takes longer to hit full effect it has the same benefits as paroxtine had when both were studied side by side ......cleaner tho no side effects.......should help u come off the paroxitine if that’s yr aim....hope this helps ya and gd luck with it
