Shows the depths of the downward trajectory of this nation. How low have we sunk in ignorance that we fail to appreciate our only scientist who won the Nobel. We are our own biggest enemy. I am so disappointed in Pakistan. I don’t see any hope for the future. We have chosen the path of ignorance and plan to stay on it.

It is such a shame for Pakistan that the only Pakistani Nobel Prize winner in Physic, who gave a very inspiring institute to the developing world is not even regarded by its own country. Shame on people who criticise Salam.
Dr salam studied in Europe lived in Europe established institute in Europe. Actually Europe need to be proud on Dr salam and they are. Some people found the way to curse pakistan and its people for not feeling proud in taking noble prize. Ah
I remember reading the Norman Dombey article end-to-end, and it strongly reeks only of professional jealousy and malicious propaganda to tarnish his reputation. The article only contained conjectures and speculation of plagiarism while admitting there is no definitive proof. The amount of negativity Norman Dombey harbouring for Prof. Salam and his accomplishments was quite disturbing and can serve as a case study for professional jealously.

Recently, a video post was posted on the same topic by the QAR, but this video post is far better, well-researched, and comprehensively detailed explaining the situation more eloquently. All three Scientists did a great job in theoretical physics and their contributions are still helpful even to this day. Apart from religion as far as Science is concerned then there's no doubt of their knowledge and intellect. And I think at this point We must appreciate their work and contributions to the development of Science rather than pointing out their religious or personal matters. He is dead but Science is not. Let's celebrate Science and try to contribute to it further. His matters are with the Almighty now and Allah Almighty is the best Judge.

If Dr. Salam failed to publish his work in time. It is now very hard to prove this claim. Qaiser Raja just quotes claims of foreign scientists against the original work of Dr. Salam.

I live and work near Imperial college London and been to that Abdus Salam Library, literally you feel proud that even British have recognised a Pakistani scientist, hats off to you bro telling the truth so bravely. This is very common issue in all good research universities. Even teachers sometimes blame their own student that they steal his idea which was discussed casually in classroom and published a research paper after finishing their phd.
