I bought Marucs Rashford's Mansory Rolls Royce Wraith from auction after he crashed it leaving Manchester United's training ground. The damage was so bad that ive had to buy an older model rolls royce wraith to use as a parts car to repair it. But today i finally get the car rolling and drive it for the first time since the accident.

I must say for a guy with no formal mechanical training itâs amazing he can take apart and reassemble these cars with such ease and clarity. Well done mate!
That's what you call on the job training đ in the time I've been working I've come to realise that experience trumps everything. Training is basically just the set of tools in your arsenal. The real job is where you develop and hone your skills.
I got really amazed in the lambo video where he disassembled the whole motor and put it back together
bro is better than the majority with formal mechanical training
It just amazes me. Bravo Mat! đ
How do they keep track of all the nuts and bolts and make sure they use the correct bolts each time. Amazes me.
You guys need to visit Rashford when the car is done! Set up a meeting, we wanna se it happen!

Yes, thatâs great to see. l wish I had such a relationship with my dad. My dad was always to busy and not interested in my Mustang antics.
Its greater to take no nonsense from your kids but also remember to show them love and kindness. Never be a dad who walks in and everyone scatter
Great build already.. I think if ya can activate the abs while driving you can push the air out ...and also wouldn't be possible too make some carbone wings with the connections you have with tavaris

Quick tip Mat. Wrap clingfilm around steering wheel, handbrake lever etc. this will stop you getting oil/grease marks that can prove hard to clean off. Especially porous materials like leather etc.

You guys have amazing ingenuity and persistence! Bravo!
Your Dad is a 5 Star chap! I share the same laughs with my Dad and I can only understand how precious it is to have this time together. Enjoy!!
While I enjoy watching you rebuild cars, I enjoy watching the interaction you and your father have the most. As a father myself, Tony is truly an inspiration and I hope one day to have the type of relationship with my kids the way Mat and Tony have. Maybe one day you guys can rebuild a classic? How about a 300SL Gullwing?
Don't forget the old BMW E24, that was sent off to get the rust done and they just finished it, so it will be with Mat soon to be built back up.
This is what I love about this channel in all the years use havenât changed who use are, use slate automotive companies if they are wrong and over charge us customers, we love you for that Matt and your team
Really amazing and good to see a "normal mechanic" being able to disassemble and fix almost every part of the cars he rebuilds. The support from his dad and family is really beautiful too! I've learnt some few things watching his videos.
Hey Mat, Audi tech here and loving this series! As far as your brake bleeding I'd try closest to master cylinder to farthest till no air bubbles. Then if still no pressure attempt to get ABS to active on a lift or just a slow test drive then bleed again using same procedure. I know it makes no sense but all our Audi's cars are actually closest to farthest, guessing BMW is the sameđ€·
Pretty much all German car companies share a lot of the same parts
BMW Tech here, the vehicles use DSCi which gives the impression of air in the brakes when the vehicle is turned off. The same as in the G80 M3 :)
Subaru has a weird trick to opening abs unit , also with the bleeding sequence
Matt is using the same procedure for bleeding his brakes that has been the standard way since hydraulic brakes were introduced, but it seems that on modern cars with ABS, each manufacturer has their own procedure, maybe there's a RR tech who's watching that can advise.
On vw you need diagnostic to get the abs pump to prime, im assuming rr would be the same. And you always bleed furthest away from the cylinder first
My lad bumped into MA at screw fix, said he was a genuinely nice bloke, love the content and thank you for have 5 mins to spare for a photo with him, keep doing what you do
Not surprised, you can see by the way everyone interacts with each other in these videos that it isn't fake. Mat and his Dad have a great relationship and both seen to be really good people.

Love the connection you got with your dad mate. And as always you make great content! keep it up đȘ
Learning alot about luxury cars all thanks to you @mat!!and team
You need 30psi on a pressure bleeder AND someone pumping the brake, hold down, open fluid nip, close, release pedal. Also you need a hose connected to each nip. Preferably a hose connected to a bottle, air tight. So you dont reintroduce air into the caliper when closing. Make sure you clean the calipers asap, as you'll ruin their finish with brake fluid. I had the same issue, even cycling the ABS pump with a self test didnt really help. Third try, I did the above and it got alot of air out.
Some ABS systems need to run to bleed through. The special programs sometimes are just instructions to run the pump for a while. So if you can trigger the ABS system to activate, that will trigger the ABS pump to run and pump fluid through itself and so it might self bleed. Could try a hard brake on loose gravel to get it to skid, activate ABS system, and so activate the pump. Getting it to wheel spin on loose gravel may kick in the ABS too. Iâve done this on Range Rovers using the hill descent control which in part uses the abs system to control wheel speed ⊠and so activates the pump.
I just wish he would wash the brake fluid off his hands and clean that steering wheel, surely must be worth $20k+ and grease or BF will be eating away at it!!
@@JW-qf2fxI would have wrapped cling film round it
I like the DIY approach a lot, but getting in this car without seat and steeringwheel protection makes me shiver....
@@JW-qf2fxthe steering wheel was that nasty from the moment he got it. And if heâs smart, heâll update/change that fucking baby blue shit.
@@LouFiasco itâs a Mansori, heâs keeping it, thatâs itâs draw. All should still clean that steering wheel ASAP, every minute itâs like that itâs fucking it worse. Seat covers etc needed too
Just have to say, following the journeys, seeing the fun ya'll have, and buzzing with excitement. It never fails to put a smile on my face. Can't wait to see the end result! Cheers to ya'll!
Itâs great to follow this journey and whilst I understand the reasons for buying a donor car for parts, it feels wrong to fit engine mounts and rads that are 9 years and 50k miles old to essentially a brand new car that has done 1,000 miles. Essentially those parts will fail sooner than the carâs mileage would suggest đŹ
I donât usually comment on videos but I have to give you props for actually showing whatâs wrong with the parts like the coolant tube being damaged and showing the differences between the caliper sizes and actually putting them side by side. Genuinely enjoy these it feels like Iâm also part of the restoration!
Now Iâve realised what youâve said actually made sense, RR are selling a facelifted model for 60-70% more with the same subframe and brackets and that made me think how itâs possible for some shops to offer conversion kits. For example BMW F10 is able to convert to a G30 just by replacing the bumper and headlights without any frame modifications. Looking forward to the next video!
Loving the Regular Rolls Videos weekly...and yes keep those little "how it works" sections about the Spirit of Ecstasy and more coming.

You guys have more confidence than any of the other Car Rebuild channels on CZcams. You tackle any issue with a big smile. Your views are off the scale, and you don't waste a lot of time-solving problems. You deserve all the success you are experiencing. Best of luck in the future.
@Mat Armstrong. Rolls Royce/BMW Active Suspension, you will need to have the suspension reinitialised bleed by a retailer for optimum performance, it will relearn the ride height, 100% bleed the ACTIVE anti roll bars (good fun, it makes the car dance, bit like low riders). The Active roll bars keep the vehicle level through bends at speed, hence their beefiness. Love the Chanel, keep up the great work

Amongst all the things I love in this video, I love the way you say 'front boomper' Matt.
Accents vary all across the UK (and further afield) and, are to be celebrated.
Always think you're mad. Always admire what you achieve.
It's because he's from "Less-Tar". Many people from Less-Tar also omit the word "to". So, for example, they will say "I'm going bed". Another Less-Tar trait is to drop the 'h' from words that begin with 'h'. Thus they pronounce 'hospital' as "ospital".
Enjoy driving it!
