One problem that I see. In the Red all over files, it says that "Solaris denounces" Zoraxis as "evil" and "retires to the countryside." Also, Daniel Sans and the Hivemind appear in the second to last mission in the first game, as they appear as nametags and the Hivemind speaks to you through the elevator, being notorious for his corny bee jokes. Another thing to note is that, despite the fact that they label Juniper as "deceased," they use the present tense for the documents, and Shawn even makes suggestions as how to treat him, as well as telling agents to "verify his statements with third parties," suggesting that they have reason to believe that he may not be, in fact, deceased.
