I used many transient relative plugins over 20 years, and oh boy. I can tell you this thing is spot on.
Slate did it again. This is easily the best transient shaper on the market. The timing knob is exactly what I have been missing in transient processing.
SplitEQ
Slate doesn't miss... 🔥🔥🔥 Much love!!!
So good! Please keep adding modules to VMR, it’d be so nice to have everything together in one place. I miss some detailed saturation module in here :)
Awesome how you can control the frequency effected, very nice!
I wish you could use Slate plugins outside of the VMR, similar to how snap ins work in and out of snap heap. Be so much easier to set up parallel chains.
I am loving this
Yes! Thanks Slate Digital
Nice video,,, easy to follow, well explained and short 10/10
🔥🔥🔥 It’s a sexy looking plugin too!
I've not much experience with transient shaping tho it sounds like you can take an average sounding instrument recording and bring it to life.
This is 🔥🔥🔥💪🏾
Thanks guys!
What plugin of slate can be used as a clipper?
Not very convincing. Maybe because of the audio source chosen for the demo, but I think there are way better transient shapers on the market (oeksound spiff, eventide split eq, newfangled punctuate...)
You think there are way better ones based on one short CZcams demo? 😬 And are those other ones even zero latency? I know for a fact Spiff is not.
@@ReeseWitherknifeConsidero que el Smack Attack de Waves tiene todo lo que uno necesita para obtener esa transiente deseada
This looks great. Although the gate modules are already killer, I’d like to see a multiband gating unit. Unless I’m just missing it. Which is very possible.
Kilohearts Multipass can sort that out and it’s also more powerful than this transient shaper too. :)
@@JohnJeevasingham Ty! 👍
Nice! Thank you.
I want it outside the rack
I miss Steven’s product demos! A seasoned professional that “sold” the product with passion. It’s just kids doing it now that look like they’ve only just left high school!
Cut the guy some break, you can miss Steven without disrespecting other people.
@@ProductionExpert No his right
I do not miss the 99% hype 1% substance pitch at all.... Tho this does feel a bit too far the opposite direction also lol
@@TheSlim1 I'm not sure what you mean...
I mean do they explain the product well? Do they show you want they can do?
I mean do you just miss the show man ship or are you upset young people are running it
Good jobs
2:59 thats some accidental singing right there😂
How do I demo it without signing up for monthly subscription we used to be able to demo Slate plugins one at a time.
This one is part of the "VMR Module" you'd have to demo all of the included plugs that are included in that rack.
Please I need this plugin please
killer
Slate I love your stuff, but I hate the “rent to never own” plan. Consider offering perpetual licenses again 👍🏼
They still do that you have to keep clicking on the info about it until you find the perpetual license.
Diff between this and FG Bomber? ....is...????
Many, many things. FG bomber changes the stereo image for one. It also doesn't have separate controls for sustain and transient, or multiband control, or time control in general, or any of the listening controls, or clipping. The two plugins share nearly nothing besides both affecting transients.
Absolutely everything lol 😆
Awful, just give us a pultec, you know you want to😊
the drums were not good
I would like to try it, but the demo sounds like actual garbage to me. Just want to balance out the comments a bit and agree with the pultec guy.
The drum loop is absolutely horrible.. It sounds like someone trying to program a MIDI drum loop while drunk for the first time in their life
U still have not increased the oversampling ? Your OLD!!!
That would add latency still I would like it as an option for the final render.
Imagine what you could do with this on a vocal though
