Hey Brandon, Myron Chinn one of your students here. I’m from Atlanta but live in Charleston SC. If your moving back to the ATL , Marietta GA is where you wanna be. Very nice neighborhoods, great schools, low crime rates and closely located to kennasaw mountain for good outdoor recreation.

There are many beautiful areas to live in Georgia but I recommend McDonough. The city of McDonough is 30 miles from Atlanta. McDonough is quickly growing and I think it's one of the few cities where you can get more home and" LAND" for your money. They are building like crazy. Georgia traffic is crazy but if you live in McDonough you can purchase the Peachpass to bypass the traffic. McDonough has a diverse population and it offers many options like shopping, farms, parks, fitness centers, health and wellness facilities, restaurants, and a friendly environment.

I had a mentor in the company Norfleet Transportation, but it really was up to me if I would make the effort to learn. When Covid locked us all inside in October I relied on CZcamss; Dennis Brown, Brandon Scott, and Scott Woods. Without their videos EVERYDAY… I honest to God would of been struggling to put gas in my car and food on the table.

Atlanta native. Georgia is a beautiful state. For me Fulton county is a no-no; taxes are too high and politics can be inconsistent and can negatively impact homeownership. (Water meter scam ran me out. it was an insult.). I left 30 years ago went back several times but the energy of petty thief, ignorant people was a drag. the thought of leaving the river or lake is beyond would be tough. cCoffee and that waterfront would be heaven on earth for me. (Have property in Newnan.) All the best.

Mr Williams Everything, diversify, never stop prospecting and always be in tune to market changes. Make sure you always offer rate decreases/increases based on market conditions. Show them that you’re in tune with the world around you. Be accessible 24/7.

Mr Williams Also, be ethical... The bottom line doesn’t mean anything if you didn’t arrive in good faith. Be fair to drivers, they are the lifeblood of your business, not customers. Plenty of freight out there! Customers come and go, but your reputation, that’s yours. I agree with a lot of things he is saying, but I’ve been doing this 10 years. TQL presidents club to owning my own business. Feel free to ask me questions if you need additional insight. Money is the byproduct of hard work and good relationships. Hope you find a good home in GA. Whatever you do don't come to Florida. Spanish folks (mostly Puerto Ricans) have turned this beautiful State into a "Noise Hell". Extremely loud Spanish music blaring from their homes and cars can be heard for miles around. You can't work, sleep, study or simply relax. It's horrible!
