Good points. What about the power washing the house, driveway. What about the grass dying and difficult to maintain? Starting to get crowded in the HOA areas is a point of the master planned communities.

LOL...also good points but all easily remedied. The crowding is a matter of opinion I suppose. Not nearly as crowded as the big cities. :)
If that’s 5 bad reasons I will give you 150 everywhere else.
I strongly suggest to travel more and kiss Ponte Vedra after coming back.
