  • While on a map you will only see “Ponte Vedra Beach” and “South Ponte Vedra Beach”, one is the north end of the area and one is the south end. Northeast Florida locals know that these two areas within Ponte Vedra Beach differ from each other in many ways. From the culture and lifestyle, to accessibility and things to do, both areas are popular spots for residents and visitors alike, but for slightly different reasons. In this video, Sarah will be taking you on a trip to several locations across Ponte Vedra beach, discussing what living here is like, and telling you more about the awesome perks of each of these seaside communities. Enjoy the video as we help you decide which area of Ponte Vedra Beach is the best for you!

Hi Sarah, I just wanted to let you know you do a great job with your videos. [I'm a broker from up north.] Very helpful info.

Was that beach where you were in South Ponte Vedra with the blue / green water public? Is there parking down there and restrooms without having to go to a club? What’s the best beach closest to Nocatee to be able to park at and get that great water? Thanks

Hi Steve! The beach we were at is indeed public. It is right across from the St. Johns Fire Station at 2998 S Ponte Vedra Blvd and has a small parking lot and restrooms as well. Some other beaches you might consider going to from Nocatee are Vilano Beach or St. Augustine to the South and Mickler's Landing a little further North. Mickler's Landing is very popular and gets quite busy but has a larger parking lot then the spot we were at and is closer to the activities in N Ponte Vedra Beach.
