I really feel you on the "there's no one playing priest at all, except when I play decks weak to priest". a few days ago i played 34 games with a non net deck control paladin really weak to priest and 19 of the games were priest. It was... astonishing to say the least.

i like how in the first game his Brawl left Brann and he said how it was so dumb etc... yet he neglects to realize he just topdecked the ghoul to clear the board the turn before and topdecked the brawl to make that possible in the first place.

Kripp knows my suffering, no priest players, but when I play 7 priests in a row to which my decks are weak against.
I think bolster was designed with the intent to fix the issue with taunts being slightly weaker than their non taunt counterparts. Taunts lose you about 1 mana worth of tempo because they have taunt. +2/+2 is 2 mana worth of stats roughly, if bolster hits two minions you get two 1 mana +2/+2 which gains you 2 mana worth of tempo back. It's definitely the comeback mechanic of taunt warrior.
Kripp, ever think about trying Nerubian Prophets and defender of Argus in a deck like this? It's pretty OP on the off chances that you can drop both, defender, and bolster all for 6 mana. Two 6/6 with taunt and a 2/3

both for the taunt value on acolyte, i also use armorsmith in my deck... and if u have black knight in your deck, that works as removal to
you should try taunt warrior in wild, with nozoth in one turn you can summon 2 sludge belchers, 2 death lords and 2 infested taurens. its impossible for aggro to break that wall of minions

Nerfs to make Hearthstone better (IMO, leave your opinions below): Power Overwhelming, 1 mana spell, give a minion +3/3 and it dies at the end of your turn. Flame wreathed Faceless, 6 mana 9/6 minion, overload 2. Tunnel Trogg, change it's text to "gain 1 attack each time you overload". Not "each overloaded crystal". Change Mysterious Challenger to a 5/5 (So that more decent Paladin secrets can be added) Psych-o-tron, 2/3 divine shield for 5 mana, deathrattle: Spawn an Annoy-o-tron. (This would help defend against the aggro, yes it would be VERY annoying, but that's just the card's design right? Besides, 5 mana is a lot. And a 2/3 with divine shield would be 3 mana, and an annoy-o-tron is 2) THE BIGGEST CHANGE! Give players 10 extra armor at the beginning of the game. This form of change was done in a tavern brawl, and playing in it was more entertaining then playing on ladder. Now, these are just my opinions on what could be done, of course, I'm no pro at card design, but after playing the game for a year now, I think I at least partially know what could be done to help.
Flame wreathed faceless would be garbage as 6 mana 9/6. Even without overload 2 this card would be unplayable. But then again everything blizzard nerfs becomes unplayable.

Okay, what if we nerfed PO in a different way. 1 mana, silence a friendly minion, then give it +4/+4 and it dies at the end of the turn.
***** Jesus, like I said, not gonna land it first try. That's why I asked for input. I don't want to change the niche of Flame wreathed faceless, but I dislike how much health he has. Lowering it by 1 health, puts it in range of Highmane, Fireball, a lot of things I feel it should be able to be traded into. A 4 drop should not be a counter to a 6 drop. A 4 mana spell should be able to kill a 4 drop, but Overload makes things weird, because you're technically taking a "mana loan", so that you can get late game stuff out early. I also kept the overload effect because I like the synergies of Overload that Shaman has. I also would like to keep it at 4 mana, because shamans don't have a ton to play on 4. So, how about let's compromise. Let's make it 4 mana 5/8 overload 2. That way it's still a 6 drop, but it doesn't feed aggro.
And now with the armor concept, I agree that it feeds Shield Slam, but that's 1 class. If it was health, then it would feed priest. So, how about a 0/10 taunt that can't be given buffs or effects.
Pyschotron? Never thought of him in an aggressive way. Ok, how about 5 mana 3/5 divine shield. It is creeping on Sunwalker, but Sunwalker is never used.
Suspec M I had to think about it a lot, but now that I have, I really like your idea.
imho Taunt Warrior will finally start seeing play when they put Fre Engensar in the game

honestly it would take one or two new good taunt synergy cards to make taunt warrior viable. Kind of like pirate warrior with just its two new wotog cards. I want even more archetypes for my warrior! 😃

+Gareth Rowbotham also is it just me or should kings defender give you +2 durability to make it actually appealing compared to fiery war axe. the one more mana for one durability doesn't seem all that worth it but +2 durability is probably too good. But that's ok. I think archetypes can have overly strong cards that support you playing other cards you wouldn't otherwise play.
I think that would be to good but the +1 durability is pretty bad compared to fiery win axe
+Stanime 306 +1 durability for each taunt on your side of the field
+PsychoShadow That's what people thought it did before it came out. Now that would be a bit insane. You could easily get a 4+ durability kings defender. at which point you might as well not equip another weapon for the rest of the game.

Bolster isn't always bad in arena. A few weeks ago I played an arena deck with 10 taunts and 1 bolster. I almost never drew bolster, though

I tried an enrage version of this not too long ago, just didn't have a few cards that would have rounded it off. Basically was trying to flood the board with taunts then put a few ramp minions behind it like frothing and the 5 mana 2/7 (can't remember the name)

These zoo decks are starting to make Hearthstone so boring. Every class plays zoo. In arena it's just zoo. They need to nerf some of these cards.
Yep. It blows my fucking mind that Blizzard thought it would be a good idea to give warlocks shit like Councilman and Tentacles. And Blizzard doesn't need to bother even entertaining the idea of nerfing anymore since these cards will be phased out...in a fucking year.
Eric the Acktor They gave them those cards so Zoo would stay in the game. Again, it's either Warlock is a zerg class or they figure out a way to make the demon and or discard gimmicks work.
They don't know how to do the latter so they replaced all the cards that zoo used from GVG and Nax. The only thing they had running in their heads is the concept of keeping the largest part of their player base happy and that would probably mean maintaining face roll decks and then pretending to nerf them by getting rid of cards every year.
If you think about Blizzard's track record this is pretty on the level.
4 Mana 7/7 WOULD be totally okay if BGH was still a thing. You can still use it when you're going first since after their turn 4 you will have 5 Mana, but they could coin it out or you could go second. And overall a 5 Mana BGH just isnt worth it in many cases anymore
I agree, but only if they make Control decks cheaper for new players.
New players doesn't have much choice other than play cheap aggro decks, since Control decks use too many epic and legendaries, while aggro decks use 1 to none of these.
NataliaNeeSama There actually is a cheap Control Warrior. The only legendary it requires is C'thun and it's least something that can get to rank 10.

My Godslayer priest deck would destroy this because it runs double Mass Dispel. You know, that mass silence card no one uses? It was intended to counter N'Zoth, but it would work here too.
Also if your curious, to potentially counter C'thun I use a Gurubashi Berserker+Divine Spirit if I sense an incoming C'thun, I have a ton of big removal for the rare yet potentially devastating Y'Shaarj, and for Yogg... Well you can't really counter him. You just have to hope Yolo-Saron leaves you in a spot you can recover from.

I played the taunt warrior a lot in ladder, i couldn't get past rank 18 because by that time every matchup is against you p2p tryhards with your fancy bran and discover cards
to make a point it not hard to get the adventure even fora free player just a save for a while if u want to talk about p2p deck that shit like old control warrior with 8+ legendary and half of the rest of the deck is epic cards
