Sometimes, you do too much. This is doing the most. The stuffed pepper was lazy at best. You could have sliced/diced it and layered it evenly, added the cheese, then another layer of pepper, before topping it with the meat. I hope you dont devolve into "viral mediocrity" just for clicks. Take pride in your craft again
When you constantly make videos, you start running out of new ideas. I wouldve done this differently for sure but the beauty of cooking is that you can make a dish however you like it.
