what if you have a multiple ISP then you have to set ISP1 as priority what distance value must be set on each route?
what it means by DAd route flag
it is appears in place of a DAS on my isp router
and i cant ping form the pcs to internet but i can ping from the isp router to internet
Most likely it is a NAT issue, make sure you are NATing your traffic out to the ISP router. I'm not sure about a DAd flag, what RouterOS version are you using?

@@TheNetworkBerg iam not sure but i think the network service on my home is DHCP not pppoe and it is make the DAd flag
