Many of the greatest bands in history never put out a true masterpiece. Lovebites are a masterpiece factory. It's just crazy. And this performance came at the end of a nearly two hour concert, just before the finale. They look like they could go another two hours.

The majority of metal bands cuss, give the finger when on stage. Lovebites, they spin in a circle (Miho and Miyako). No ink, no dark clothes, no vulgarity (nothing wrong with any of that)... just 110% class. The PERFECT band...for me. If this is your 1st live, wow, you're in for quite the experience. Great reaction to a masterpiece. And yes, Asami's voice is wonderful. 🤘

I often read: "Lovebites and Nemophila are _saving_ Metal" - and with every song I listen to, I know why such things are said. In my eyes, such words are true. Lovebites and Nemophila present everything best of the Metal genre, and merge it with other genres. And they do it amazingly convincing. They bring honour back to Metal, and break the limitations of "genres" - simply to compose strong songs to amaze us and to make us *smile* gratefully. *HAPPY* Metal as it 's best. 😊🐺💮GER

They're so good live. Impossibly so. This song defies any words really. I usually listen to it in wonder, despite hearing it many time. They have a few songs like this (namely the so-called "E" songs), more than a few truly legitimate masterpieces, and pretty much anything you hear from them in a live will impress. I was waiting for a reaction to a live performance. Hell of a place to start, this one, but they have a ton more you should check out. I subscribed so I won't miss them. Glad you discovered them!

Absolutely right. Paying attention to Lovebites (and Nemophila!) is never a waste of time. The sun is rising in the east.
masterpiece doesn't do the song justice because everything that makes good metal is present here. Ballad-like beginning with piano and vocals then tender entry of the guitar, wonderful scream, mid-tempo riffs and vocals, marching style and transition to a tempo-accentuated and speedy conclusion, of course not to forget the wonderful lyrics. This is the most diverse and best song written in metal history and then presents it all live. phenomenal.
These girls are so talented and have a great future ahead of them.

Yes, this song is another masterpiece by amazing Lovebites, with an uplifting and powerful message. Their live performances are just outstanding. A very few people don’t like Asami’s vocals (her vibrato, it seems ) but she’s an excellent vocalist, her style is unique in the metal scene, and I can’t imagine Lovebites without her. Definitely they’re five of a kind.

Yeah. Asami once said "We want to present _strong_ songs on our studio recordings, and we want to _perfectionize_ them for our live shows." My personal opinion: Their records are _amazing_ , and their live versions are _even better_ .

You're not the only to say they sound better live, and I say rightfully so when we listen with our eyes at the magic on stage and the phenomenal performance they always deliver. I personally love everything about Lovebites and have the entire collection in the audio version as well as the live version, EPs and full albums. In my car, I listen to only the audio version and they sound just as good on any kick-ass powerful stereo system. wonderful reaction to one of the "E" songs of Lovebites I hope you will eventually get to the other two that are on the Daughters of the Dawn.

@@purplebutterflywithabrokenwing I've heard comments by some hardcore fans that their management doesn't promote them outside Japan very well. Nemophila has 3x the subscribers and they're 3 yrs younger, but they've been to the US a couple times. Lovebites deserve much, much better.
