It one thing my wife missed here in Australia at Christmas, i did some research and found out the botanical name,i ordered seeds from a Aussie nursery but they weren't successful, i was walking in a local hardware/garden center and there was semi mature plants since then we have sorrel every year, and she always makes exta for other yardies living down under bless up 🇦🇺👍🇯🇲👍🏿
There is a sorrel machine made by Turner innovation in Jamaica. Most likely smaller farmers may not want the machine but bigger farms may need it. The machine cleans like 10 times faster than by hand. Check them out

You can get the seeds (Rosella) also from Happy Valley as well as the Seed collection down under.
