People gotta stop making videos of repus. Cause every time someone sees ones they want one and there is not alot left. Iv been on the hunt for 5 years...

I own a 77 Repu and there are some minor differences including a 4 inch longer cab, 5 spd as mentioned, normal direction thread on the wheel lugs (The 74-76 trucks had reverse wheel threads on the driver side). Im sure there are more differences. I Need to get some rust fixed then I want to take it to Mike at angel motorsports ( he has a sick repu).

I only know about this truck because of the episode of road kill where they made it a mid engine rat rod

I owned 2 1974's , fun trucks but lousy paint and they were prone to rust. I ran a Racing beat intake, Holley carb and exhaust, was pretty quick.

Did you have a chance to drive one Zack? I'd love to know how it drives, both as a Rotary Powered vehicle and as a pickup truck.
I'm a Rotary fan, but even I can't see why this would've been a good idea. I'm already going to assume this thing has zero low end torque, which is paramount to a pickup.
