There really needs to be an episode where Ben comes into the store and does the same, and for some reason, Rowan doesn't hear him when Ben is wearing a pair.

I always love watching Alan suss out Rowan’s latest quirky behavior. He looks faintly puzzled at first, and then the realization sets in, and then he just boggles at the sheer wtf-ery! And poor Adam just kind of looks perpetually baffled. Love it!! :-D

ACTUAL "crop dusting" with flatulence is ripping a known stinker off and walking past someone or a crowd or down a grocery isle knowing someone's about to enter...no sound at all being best so they hit the funk-cloud full force.
Yes, this is probably more insight than most want to know, but the terminology deserves it's own explanation.

In some ways I wish they could have kept the pre-Adam Rowan, when he and Alan were friends as well as boss/employee, our made the transition smoother. Every now and then it jars me when he says or does something that seems completely antithetical to the original version, but I have to admit that the sketches are funnier with an antagonistic Rowan.

This needs a part 2 with Ben as a customer, Rowan diss him then Ben asked to borrow the headphone, diss Rowan, Rowan realised that he's wrong about the Noise Cancelling, then Ben goes like "wow, what a great feature" sarcastically.

Don't delete, it's a good idea. I'd pull it off slightly differently though: a skit where both Ben and Rowan have a set of the headphones each, Ben walks in with the other guys behind the counter and the whole thing is Ben and Rowan unable to hear each other and thinking no-one else can hear them. Ben constantly berating the other guys but complimenting Rowan, Rowan constantly berating the other guys but complimenting Ben.
Plot twist: Rowan knows they can hear him.

I doubt it. He mined bitcoin by smashing video cards, fixed motherboards by running them thru tap water, and became a manager by merely volunteering.
Although, he did fix a laptop by hitting it hard and dropping it and removed actual choco chip cookies from a CPU so maybe he's actually a genius. I can't really tell anymore.
