The Captain Oscar Ouma has been a pivitol cog for the Kenya7s team . The former kijabe high school alumni , donned the Kenyan jersey for the 1st time during the 2009 IRB Junior World Cup ,playing for the under 20 team , before joining Nakuru's senior team .
Also a Jkuat Alumni, he made his debut for the Kenya7s team during the 2010-11 season ,after which he cemented his place in the team .He is Known for his powerfull and abrassive carries , breaking the gain line for kenya and carrying the team ,when it goes to the wire.
"Built like a barrel ,the beast of a man,so powerful" are some of the phrases and adjectives ,he is given in the World series. His viral video of him putting the hammer to sonny bill Williams during the 2016 #Wellington7s are some of his evidences of his powerful carries , and he was responsible in taking Kenya to it's first 2nd ever Cup Final ,during the 2013 Wellington 7s captained under Mike Friday .
