@@beyondwilline3634 30 it’s all downhill from here. In college run and can’t connect with anyone anymore and I’m alone. Social interactions have degraded so badly that I can’t communicate like I used to - it’s not normal to me and I don’t know why I can’t organize my thoughts and speak.

My obsession with girls was the biggest issue. And bad hygiene. I used to neglect myself and look for pleasure from other people. As far as hygiene is concerned, I used to have bad breath. My B.O was crazy high. I still have so much to work on, but I have started working out and getting myself in better shape. I already feel great, I thought it was gonna be tiring but I actually enjoy it.

You don't need that expensive creams and what not you are promoting to take care of your skin and looks. I am 34, when clean shaved a lot of people think I am 23-24, so 10 years younger. The secret to looking younger and healthier? Besides the obvious one like avoiding smoking, drinking in moderation, quality sleeping and proper nutrition, staying well hydrated, of course! You don't need no expensive creams, just drink EVERY SINGLE DAY at least 2,5 litres of plain, basic H20. Water. In the long run it will make you look younger and healthier, 100% certified.

Alex brother I got dandruff and sooo sooo much hair fall like when I do shampoo and conditioning my 30-40 hair fall off that’s why I consulted with a doctor and just use 2mm trimmer all over my head 😢
