The mistake is Rx of Bluetooth should be connected with tx of Arduino... and also connect tx of Bluetooth with Rx of Arduino.....than 3,4,5,6 of Arduino should be connected in opposite direction 6,5,4,3 i.e connect that four wire in reverse order

Try without connecting any wire to Arduino and connect after coding
Remove tx and rx from both Bluetooth and uno
Check whether you added one closed bracket or not

first remove the tx and rx pin from arduino while uploading and when it is uploaded put it back in .
