I think my favorite in reviews are for movies I have zero intention on ever watching.
Tim is optimistic to a fault. Many times ive seen him hyped for garbage. Here, he eats the trash, but says, "youll like it if stink is your kink."

Haven't watched the video yet but just seeing the 2 hour run time means there's gonna be bits and were all gonna have a good time
Watched this today and I have to say the stolen taxi was bewildering; she had it the whole movie and clearly took it to the airport and put the license plate back on it, yet it still wasn't found for a whole week. And the glasses really were terrible at the end.

It’s sad because I have always thought Sydney Sweeney would make for a great Black Cat opposite Tom Holland Spidey & Zendaya MJ. Imagine a situation where he’s hesitant to talk to MJ and reveal their relationship for fear of putting her in danger but meets & “dates” a hot superpowered thief/anti hero that allows him to be himself and not need to worry about her safety. A fling between powered vigilantes that eventually convinces him to tell MJ the truth and come to an understanding with Black Cat. Madame Web is such a waste of talented actors.

Nick is out here calling SPY a “good bad movie” meanwhile it has a 95% on rotten tomatoes critic rating and 78% audience. It was also an R-rated comedy that made like 250mil. By no means is any of that bad hahaha

Critic ratings and box office doesn’t necessarily equal good, automatically. I’ve seen plenty of “highly-rated” movies I thought were bad. And we all know there’s been plenty of shit films that have made millions of dollars. It’s subjective!

this movie was so fun to see with a theater full of people. The out loud laughs, the applauses....everyone was having a good time. True cinema experience.

Ive been thinking about this for a while now. Considering we also have the Spider-verse films from Sony, which are amazing, I think theres something in the deal with Disney that they cant use Spider-man in live action, for some reason(it could be a number of things, but i also understand im talking out my ass, speculating) ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
A tinfoil hat reason I just came up with: normal people dont know the difference between MCU and Sonyverse so Sony releases these bad movies to hurt the MCU and make negotiating for Spider-Man and profits easier because Disney would have less leverage

My wife and I actually really surprisingly enjoyed this movie. Better than both Venoms and Morbius 100%
Their definition of fun bad and cult classic seemed off to me. Wet Hot American Summer is a cult classic, not fun bad. A fun bad movie is Jack Frost (the slasher one). And yes people still do watch cult classics and fun bad movies. I have been having friends over for bad movie nights for many years, it's always a great time!
There are no bad/good movies. They need to stop making these. And people need to stop going.

The best part of this film for me was the crowd reactions to the many....many....MANY cringe worthy moments in this. One guy lost his mind when the same song from Catwoman came on during a scene.

it took me a while to put together, did they make uncle ben peter's dad in this movie? every time they said mary i was like hmm that's weird, ben and mary not ben and may, oh wait. why did they combine the different relationships? probably the least concerning question about this movie but now i can't not think about it.
Ben mentions that he's seeing someone and it's implied it's May. Ben and Mary are stated to be brother in law and sister in law, as they should be. And Richard Parker is out of town and missed the birth of his child lol
this seems like another case of the studio meddling & shafting the filmmakers during the creative process. Dakota talks about what happened (via Hollywood Reporter):
“Sometimes in this industry, you sign on to something, and it’s one thing and then as you’re making it, it becomes a completely different thing, and you’re like, ‘Wait, what?’ But it was a real learning experience, and of course it’s not nice to be a part of something that’s ripped to shreds, but I can’t say that I don’t understand. Decisions are being made by committees, and art does not do well when it’s made by committee. Films are made by a filmmaker and a team of artists around them. You cannot make art based on numbers and algorithms. My feeling has been for a long time that audiences are extremely smart, and executives have started to believe that they’re not. Audiences will always be able to sniff out bullshit. Even if films start to be made with AI, humans aren’t going to fucking want to see those.”
