I was interested until I saw the pickle ball court. I can’t imagine trying to relax on deck and listening to that sound all day. Bad decision
Hello Dave, We appreciate your concern surrounding the environment of the pickleball court. Rest assured that there has been no issue over the noise on board. Our AmaMagna is so expansive and large that those relaxing by the pool are not disturbed by those enjoying a fun game with new friends onboard! Additionally, as this is a new feature added to our wellness services only on the AmaMagna, you are welcome to come on board any other ship in our fleet.
We just returned from an AmaWaterways Christmas Markets cruise on the AmaBella, and while this ship looks great so did ours. It was NOT. The offers sound good but afternoon tea consisted of cookies that were stale and that was it. The late night tapas were no where to be found. The Cruise Manager and any others on staff are unable to resolve any issues that arise. we had the biggest suite on the ship and the room was ok but many things did not work properly even after the ship was refurbished in 2022. With the cost of this river cruise over three times the cost of an ocean cruise, this was beyond disappointing. Beware and take note before you use this cruise line.
