So...when John Laurinaitis said he, too, was a victim...? How does that fall into this narrative. 🤔
IT doesn't. he is lying to save his worthless ass.
People forget this detail.
@@FrozenSurfYUP like how?? this was a huge part in vindicating McMahon that did it
A victim of Janel Grant
@@rickroberts7611 That isn't what he said.
You mean people didnt expect this? We've watched wrestling for years. Vince is a vindictive guy who has no shame.
This feels like a standard opening move, Vince's Law team is basically saying "This case should be dismissed because it should have gone to arbitration." I doubt that strategy will play out, but it's a standard opening tactic to shut a lawsuit down. If it fails, you'll probably see some attempts at a settlement, because WWE/TKO is named and I seriously doubt they want to go to discovery.
I understoiod the violation of the NDA was basically what happened last year when the WWE board got contacted by someone informing them of Vinces indiscretions after which Vince disappeared, then reshuffled the board in his favor and subsequently returned. That lead to Vince saying to Janel: you violated our NDA since you told someone and that someone told the board and therefore you are not getting the rest of the money.
Vince screwed Vince.
HE did but she cap asf
I truly think she just complied with his demands fearful for her life in general, but even if this isn’t totally the case and it was somehow somewhat consensual .. The CEO and chairman of one of the most wealthiest companies in the world should not be engaging in this horrific evil putrid disgusting activity in the workplace he should be held to a higher standard than some random replaceable employee stop
That is why you wait until everything is known. You would figure society would have learned by now based on the past. They just wanted McMahon gone no matter if it was true or not.
This isn't Stu Harts, you need to pay the amount you agreed to or your NDA is not binding
There was only one Stu Hart, not multiple Stu Harts, so you don't need to put the S on the end of his name.
Poo Daddy just won't go away
I stopped watching wwe when Jon laurinitas became gm
Anyone who approves a Micheal Cole heel turn needs to be sued
Sounds like people took their personal hate and opinions of Vince and used it against him to write him off based off of what one side said. Now that more is coming out it sounds like Vince might have the ball in his court. And if he comes out clean after all this I hope the world doesn’t forget how everyone on the observer payroll slandered Vince and kept pushing the narrative that he’s in the wrong.
Who cares? Screw Vince.
This woman was engaged wtf ??? Wow😮😊
Anyone else here live or could afford to live In the same building as a billionaire ceo ?

Looking forward to hear Johnny side ....
if vince isnt guilty, why would there be an NDA at all??
I guess tony khan is guilty too with all his ndas .
Somehow, Vince returned..
Just the way bryan starts these promos off with his sarcastic tone he is just driving people off i use to listen to him and dave but over the last 2 years their blatant biased takes are forcing me to not listen. I know im not the only one who feels that way.
So Johnny Ace is a 'victim' of something that didn't happen? Nonsense. Vince is guilty. Johnny all but confirmed it's true, he wouldn't have to claim victimhood if what Vince is arguing is true.
Yes he was a victim of Janel Grant too
@@rickroberts7611 Typical man response
@@rickroberts7611 He claimed to be a victim in addition to Ms. Grant. Don't try to twist the man's words. It was very clear in his statement.

Let's just call it down the line. Nobody's Innocent Here. Even Her. It was all about a come up and McMahon won't Win either way you look at it. He played Himself in the end.

Stop defending Poo Daddy
@@littleCarmine I'm not interested in your Vince McMahon fantasies.
Lawyer here. Janel Grant’s attorney has weak excuses and explanations. She’s appealing to emotion by saying her mom was in a wheelchair and blind, it’s irrelevant to the allegations. Her claim that Janel was coerced into writing a love letter by McMahon because he had the foresight that this lawsuit would occur years later is nonsense. If that were true regarding the letter, she would have included it in all of the allegations in the original complaint.
Who allows their ex to live with them for 3 years? That’s not credible at all. This appears to be a consensual but weird sexual relationship. The part where McMahon exposed himself was hiring her and engaging in an apparent quid pro quo relationship with an employee, which opens McMahon and WWE to civil exposure.
You dont write like a lawyer
@@BuddsyMalone ok whatever that means 🤷🏼♂️
I guess you’re the expert on how an attorney comments on the internet? I’ve been a licensed attorney for over 10 years and I’m a partner at a law firm.
Internet lawyer, trust me bro
I mean, that was my thoughts in the beginning. A lot of people do messed up fetish stuff in relationships, but it's only "weird sex" when it hits the public eye and we can look at it from outside their bubble. I mean, we even change our outlook on a couple if we learn they are swingers. We will however know more if or when it goes to trial. Either it's just a sexual relationship they had or he was a devil. My problem with this all is that John Laurenatis does not dispute her claims, but claims he was also a victim. So to me, but i am not a lawyer so you could correct me if i'm wrong, should in some ways be a big blow to McMahon's version of what went on? In either case, if she lies or speak truth, Janel Grant saved WWE by getting bad booker Vince away from the product. So if she speaks truth or lies, she still the MVP.
@@insaniacproductions5775 the whole situation from a legal liability standpoint is a bird’s nest of issues. In my opinion, he (and also her former employer WWE) clearly has exposure for a civil lawsuit for a quid pro quo sexual harassment lawsuit. If there wasn’t exposure, he wouldn’t have originally agreed to a $3 million settlement.
The other issue is could there be a potential criminal component of this case. We’ve heard reports about a federal investigation and a search warrant being served, potentially related to this case and other ones like it. If there was a consensual relationship between Grant and McMahon, a criminal indictment is less likely.
McMahon is clearly a sexual deviant. We have seen the text messages. Grant isn’t the only one who got a settlement for behavior like this, she’s just the one who is most publicly coming after him and exposing the details. This has probably been consistently going on with him for decades since at least Rita Chatterton accused him. Where there is smoke, there is fire.
My whole point was Grant’s attorney isn’t very credible in her claims. She’s trying to make it seem like Grant was not a willing participant whatsoever and cherry picked the text messages. McMahon’s attorney is going to make her look like she’s not credible. Grant’s attorney may have done her a disservice and made some missteps, that’s all I’m saying.
Imagine if Vince McMahon succeeds and returns to WWE to fans bowing to him and he starts booking again? Such good shit Pal
He isn't. TKO kicked him out and he is selling his remaining shares. Settling the suit will not change that.
That won't happen ever
The aew fans would pop if his music played on Wednesday night
Imagine having that be your biggest concern
You smarks will love it
Hey another thing about "the beefer". Sometimes after a really big meal, I end up having what I'd call hard diarrhea. It's solid, but little rapid pieces, like boulders falling down from death mountain in zelda. Sometimes they are small but then there's always that really big one that just feels like raw meat that's been sitting there a while. When it splashes you hear "ca-doooonksh" and you know some of it stained the bottom of the bowl.
People who solely point to Vince’s texts as proof of guilt…some women are into WILD stuff. If you only saw half the conversation, you might also think someone was being harassed or treated badly, but a lot of men AND women are capable of being extremely kinky and twisted (and there’s nothing wrong with that as long as it’s legal and consensual).
I’m not saying this to defend Vince…he’s the last person I want to defend, but it’s possible she was into all those crazy scenarios. She also could have been coerced…it’s not clear either way at this point.

Dumb
With the years of steroid use, and the chair shots to the head, you can’t hold him accountable for his actions. He has the brain of an 80 year old, he should still be celebrated as a performer.
It sounds just as dumb with saying that for this as it does when others use it as an excuse for someone else, but for those that apply this logic for a murderer, well gotta use it here too
He should start a new promotion and give himself a Vinnocent gimmick.
