My car payment was $231 monthly! Related to excellent interest rate at 1.99%. I made my last payment in January 2024… and literally just received my Title for the car towards the end of February. I’m satisfied with my average/affordable to maintain Honda Accord. I’m a Nurse and I can get a so called “Luxury car” , but I refuse to buy a car that is expensive to maintain. So I’m good over here with my old 2015 Honda,Accord. If I continue to keep with maintenance I should be good for a few more years. I’m intentionally…saving cash to purchase my next car..yearssss down the road. Hopefully to buy something cash to avoid car payments. I want to avoid car payments … I don’t want it 😅
Now take that 231 every month and put it aside act like you still making a car payment and see savings at the end of the year. And don't touch it

I live well, but I need to learn how to build my income. I love listening to your teachings. You are the professor, and I'm the student ready to excel. I got my notes. I just need to execute. Check this out, in order to make more money , just get out there and get any job , that you feel you can get right now , fast and easy. To get moving and once in motion , many people like to get on the train, just make the motion / application. You will adjust what you have to as you start doing , no such thing as perfect

Me too! No debt, 18 yr old Prius. It was my mom's old car, and I used to not really feel cool in it, but by now I've decided it would be wisest to get me another used Prius next. Ready to build wealth over here!
It broke my heart when my 16-year-old Sonata stopped being reliable. There is nothing better than living without a car payment. Arriving at your destination in a flashy car is not worth the expense.❤

😮💨Had a family member who constantly talked about their financial problems as if she was giving hints and she would repeat it as if I didn’t hear her the first time. Had to get the scissors .✂️
See with those type of people you have to set them up to see if they will steal from you, if they do them they might do more for money, if not then they are safe for the mean time. But when some one hints I hint back on ideas on what they can do to help themselves. Quickly.
I had to do that with my Mom. I was a son husband for years and didn't realize to after I went thru a divorce with my ex wife how damaging my mom and some others played a role. Sometimes you gotta go mid evil like Vegeta from DragonBall Z and extinguish the flames

Excellent chat! All of these are so relatable and I had to release them all to become debt-free (outside of mortgage - and that's making me money). Doing these helped me to start investing, outline what I need to reach my desired "work optional" goal earlier (working on this) and connect with like-minded people who dream big AND go after it! I still struggle with my spending habits and the negative self-talk but the rebound process is much quicker these days. Thank God!

If only #2 were that simple. 🤦🏾♀️ See this relationship I have is draining me. I've had to tell her "No" so much, it hurts me so😢, but must stay the course. I can't get away from her, she needs me, I wish it were that simple, but it's not. She is my 11 year old. Chiptole, Five Below, Target, Walmart, Chik Fil A, Claires, Amazon carts NO MORE!! I've put her to work, if she doesn't earn it, she has nothing to spend. And what ever she earns we are taking savings off the top! She earns money for chores and reading. For each book she reads and gives me a report on she earns $20 and her grandmother gives her another $20. We just started this. She's supposed to read one book per month. When she makes honor roll another bonus is $25. She already has investments, CD's, savings etc. So nope I am not gone be able yo do it. Her career right now is go to school, get good grades and Be Great at whatever you do!
