Bukit Timah Market & Food Centre | Seafood White Bee Hoon, Roast Meats, Satay ! | Hawker Eats

This week, we are back at Bukit Timah Market & Food Centre for lunch.
This food centre is scheduled to close in the second half of 2024 to make way for an integrated facility to be ready at the end of 2029. From research, about half of the food centre's stallholders and hawkers will move to a 100 unit interim site across the road, in Jalan Seh Chuan.
The new integrated development will house Bukit Timah Community Club, a new market and hawker centre, an indoor sports hall and other community amenities. There will also be 2 basement levels build for vehicular parking. The new food centre will have quite similar number of market and hawker stalls as the current one. Do continue to support the hawkers when you can !
Here's what we tried:
1. He Le Seafood White Bee Hoon - Lala Sliced Fish White Bee Hoon ($5.50).
2. Ho Kee Hong Kong Roasted Delight - Char Siew Roast Meat Noodle ($5).
3. Yong Seng Satay - 5 Chicken and 5 Pork Satays ($8).
4. Soon Kee Coffee & Tea - Teh-O ($1).
5. SLII Muffin - 6 Various Muffins ($1.60~$1.90 per piece, 1 free), an Egg Tart and Coconut Tart ($1.60 each).
