nah, I do however think that Tina wrote the part with the idea of Amy playing it but the producers chose Jane Krakowski instead, but it wasn't meant to be based on Amy's character
nah no relation i think. rachel dratch was actually intended to play jenna but was reduced to just making guest appearances, which is why you see her so often in the first season playing oddball characters. unfortunately, they stopped writing her in after that so she doesn’t show too often in later seasons.
I thought she was going to make a pun that she was indeed "fey" to predict the future that way - although I know some of those predictions were too esoteric for her to think of X many years back.
