It's the dry season, but el Nino-fueled storms flood parts of Cape Coral with nearly a foot of rain!

On Monday night, heavy rains submerged several areas of Cape Coral, including the intersection of Chiquita Blvd and Trafalgar Pkwy. Fox 4's Cape Coral Community Correspondent Colton Chavez showed people what conditions were like after he helped a stranded motorist push a car to safety.
