In fact any violence in Russia is illegal and unacceptable. Just not so long ago, a bill was introduced in Duma (Parliament) in which they wanted to specialize the concept of "domestic violence", just so that it would be possible to consider each case separately and protect rights better. An ordinary criminal case is dealt with in a simple manner, but it does not cover the entire list of possible domestic violence. Also the law is going to introduce a comprehensive prevention of domestic violence. But then they slowed down to finalize this law, since some of the provisions were controversial, and very debatable within society and different representatives. We also have a strong struggle with juvenile justice within society, as we do not want to give the state the opportunity too easily take a child away from the family, as in the Scandinavian countries. It is necessary that more factors were taken into account, and everything was verified very carefully before making such a cruel decision. At this time, the opposition raised a hype, allegedly domestic violence was "legalized in Russia" because the adoption of the law was suspended for a while. They don't care that there was even no such law before. Apparently this law will go to a vote in early 2022.
And the problem of domestic violence in Russia, of course, exists.

So I like Putin more now . Finally in eastern part of ukraine stoped to k1ll Russians. Because they did it 8 years… but sure this is didn’t show you in your TV 😉 or maybe you loved Ukrainian president Poroshenko who said what need to put all kids from Donbass ( east ukraine) in basement and he did it . Before Russians came there many years people just lived in basement
