Did anyone notice how Klaus treated her death so differently than many fallen others?? Instead of lashing out, he actually cried. He showed true emotion. He loved her so much. He knew Cami wouldn't have wanted him to become a monster because of her passing and I believe that she truly changed him. Cami and Hope made Klaus a better man. 😭😭😭
Klamille.... Klaroline.... at the end of the day the real difference is that Caroline never loved him. Sure she was attracted to him, fascinated by him, she cared for him but I never thought it was real love for her. Cami loved him.

Cami's death was the most emotional and beautiful written in TO universe. Not to mention the acting was top-notch. My girl got a whole episode, with a fantasy world, poetry, surrounded by her friends, comfort from the man she loves and everything like the great character she was i'm just.....the only death they got right. Deeply hurt but still proud! ( yet people think she was irrelevant???)
For me, it was Jackson’s death that hit the hardest because it was so undeserved. Jackson wasn’t a bad character, and he really cared about Hayley and Hope. What happened to him was just wrong.
At the end of the day, no one is ever truly unafraid of death, because no one really knows what happens afterwards, so everyone is afraid of dying, especially if they’re young like Cami.

She loved him, with ALL her heart, with his qualities and his faults. She's always treated him as a man and not as a beast or a creature. She inspired him to always question himself, to learn to open his heart to love, forgivness, trust and peace. That scene was so sad, Klaus deserved to have a patner in his life after all this centuries of pain and self-destruction. She will always be his True Love for me. No one will ever replace her and be at her level in his heart.

+Laoide likes Music I prefer to think that Camille embodied the ordinary person in the insane world of The Originals. She shows how innocent people get dragged into these situations and are ultimately changed forever because of them. Sometimes for the better and sometimes for the worse. If you choose to see her as only Klaus's love interest fine, but she is so much more than that.

This scene literally killed me! Some people didn't got the deepness of this scene. In the Pilot Episode when Klaus met Camille and they talked about that painter the song terrible love by the national was played. Now Klaus brought Camille back to this special moment and the creators of the show underlaid this scene with birdy's cover of terrible love. This is one of the reasons why i love the originals

Immortal. This is where Klaus learned the true meaning of that word. Before this was played the first time, he broke one of Marcel's rules and he said he can't be killed because he is immortal. With Cami's, he realised that it's not only about being alive and becoming invincible, it's mainly about living through a person with them carrying your will and beliefs. If there's one thing we know about both these shows is if you die you're not necessarily dead forever. Cami was the voice of reason on the show. I think the show might crash and burn without her. They can always introduce a new character but it won't be the same. I did see that they plan on killing off another character. Right now they say it might be Kol or Freya. And they could bring Chris back on TVD even if he's on Supergirl. Claire Holt (Rebekah) is a main cast member on a show called Aquarius that is filmed in California but she still comes back to film a few episodes for TO. You can do more than just one show at a time. But since the show is ending he most likely will not be returning for that fact alone and it wouldn't do anything to help with the show at all.
It'll never happen because Joseph Morgan (he plays Klaus) said he will never do Legacies because Klaus's story has been told, concluded, and anything beyond that would ruin it.

This was done just because the writers couldnt figure out what else to do with the character, first making her a vampire, but that didnt work... so they decided to end her storyline. Its sad, cuz in my opinion the show focuses so much more on other character, they never really put an effort into making Camille a truly epic character
I still can't believe that we are never going to see Klamille together. I loved her. She was one of my favourite Characters. The performance of the actors was overwhelming, especially their emotions.

Nikolina Cooper And it's funny because I used to be all for Klaus and Caroline (and I still do think they have great chemistry), but when comparing it to Klaus and Cami's relationship, they just didn't have the depth or maturity that these two had. He's grown so much since meeting her. The one thing that will always bug me, though, is how wasted the character of Camille was. There was so much more they could've done with her. :(

This scene never ceases to make me cry. 😭 No offense to Klaroline shippers out there but I think what Klamille was real. It takes great love to be able to change for someone. That's why Camille and Hope inspired the most change out of him. In Cami we see the lover and the best friend--someone that understood the very darkest parts of Klaus and loved him in spite of it. She even inspired change by recognizing that somewhere down deep inside there was goodness in him. Caroline never loved Klaus for who he really was, Cami did. "I was never naive enough to think that I was your light, but there is light in you."
I agree, Camille loved him completely, because she got to know him on such a deeper level, and also saw what having Hope in his life did to him. Caroline, however, only saw glimpses of his humanity and recognized it, and still cared about him, even when he was trying to kill her friends all week long. How could she have loved him completely when everyday was 'survival day' for the people she knew and cared about? Caroline saw the Cami and Hope 'effect' only in Klaus' last days. It's a cycle. Caroline first saw glimpses of humanity in him on which Camille built to finally reveal it completely, and the effect Cami and Hope had on Klaus made Caroline deeply caring about him in his last days. If Klaus didn't die when he did and he met Caroline a few years later after this, Caroline would have finally and utterly loved him probably even more than Camille did. Remember 'I would have let you chase me for a few centuries'. Caroline was going to hold Klaus to that.

cami was the stereotyphical, weak-whinny character that i would normally hate but i never could she was sweet, kind and completly beautiful in every way possible, i just hope that somehow she'll be back on the show.
So I watched it the first time and didn't cry really... Then I watched it the 2nd time... and I BAWLED MAN!! Camile was one of my favorite characters on The Originals!!! They didnt give a good use to the character to begin with... I hate that much of the second season focus on "fake rebbeka".... The writers simply didnt know what else to do or how to save the story arc of Camille and they decide to killed her off... I would say that Cami's arc in the third season was a good one, but they should've used that arc in latter season, they killed her off way too soon, but again, they destroyed the character... on the other hand there's no good excuse for killing Davina, that was just silly
Not a huge fan of Cami but this was definitely sad. And even though I dislike her and ship Klaroline, I believe she was good for him, she accepted the darkest parts of him and truly loved him and let him unlike Caroline.

The way I see it, he was terribly in love with Caroline, but really loved Camille as a partner and as an equal. I see Caroline as the love of his life and Camille as the woman of his life. And Aurora being the long life epic 'obsession', kind of like Katherine was for Damon and Stefan. Out of all 3 however, if Caroline did indeed get to love him like he deserves (we didn't get to see that, but Caroline hinted 'I would've let you chase me for a few more centuries'), she would have been the best for him.

Klaus did love Caroline, even after he left Mystic Falls, which was evident in his discussions with Stefan, when he came to New Orleans. He moved on, sure, but he still had a place in his heart for her. And the kiss was a farewell, closure.

When klaus was going through it it’s cami that he instantly though of not Caroline. He was in love with cami , and had love for Caroline that’s the difference. He also Killed Mikeal, and stopped Kol from coming back, he also daggered all of his siblings three times over and locked Finn in a box for 900 years. The list goes on but I just hate him. I mean there are these few moments in which I like and respect his character but all in all I hate him.

+Laoide likes Music I prefer to think that Camille embodied the ordinary person in the insane world of The Originals. She shows how innocent people get dragged into these situations and are ultimately changed forever because of them. Sometimes for the better and sometimes for the worse. If you choose to see her as only Klaus's love interest fine, but she is so much more than that.

I hear this a lot. But, just take a moment and think about that. Instead of this ending, we would see something like the ending of vampire diaries where we see every dead person, even vicky. And that was so silly and childish. But, it wont fit the originals. The originals was on another level.

In the Pilot Episode when Klaus met Camille and they talked about that painter the song terrible love by the national was played. Now Klaus brought Camille back to this special moment and the creators of the show underlaid this scene with birdy's cover of terrible love. This is one of the reasons why i love the originals

If there's one thing we know about both these shows is if you die you're not necessarily dead forever. Cami was the voice of reason on the show. I think the show might crash and burn without her. They can always introduce a new character but it won't be the same. I did see that they plan on killing off another character. Right now they say it might be Kol or Freya.
And they could bring Chris back on TVD even if he's on Supergirl. Claire Holt (Rebekah) is a main cast member on a show called Aquarius that is filmed in California but she still comes back to film a few episodes for TO. You can do more than just one show at a time. But since the show is ending he most likely will not be returning for that fact alone and it wouldn't do anything to help with the show at all.

This scene never ceases to make me cry. 😭 No offense to Klaroline shippers out there but I think what Klamille was real. It takes great love to be able to change for someone. That's why Camille and Hope inspired the most change out of him. In Cami we see the lover and the best friend--someone that understood the very darkest parts of Klaus and loved him in spite of it. She even inspired change by recognizing that somewhere down deep inside there was goodness in him. Caroline never loved Klaus for who he really was, Cami did.

I agree, Camille loved him completely, because she got to know him on such a deeper level, and also saw what having Hope in his life did to him. Caroline, however, only saw glimpses of his humanity and recognized it, and still cared about him, even when he was trying to kill her friends all week long. How could she have loved him completely when everyday was 'survival day' for the people she knew and cared about? Caroline saw the Cami and Hope 'effect' only in Klaus' last days. It's a cycle. Caroline first saw glimpses of humanity in him on which Camille built to finally reveal it completely, and the effect Cami and Hope had on Klaus made Caroline deeply caring about him in his last days. If Klaus didn't die when he did and he met Caroline a few years later after this, Caroline would have finally and utterly loved him probably even more than Camille did. Remember 'I would have let you chase me for a few centuries'. Caroline was going to hold Klaus to that.

Biggest mistake the writers made on this show
They didnt give a good use to the character to begin with... I hate that much of the second season focus on "fake rebbeka".... The writers simply didnt know what else to do or how to save the story arc of Camille and they decide to killed her off... I would say that Cami's arc in the third season was a good one, but they should've used that arc in latter season, they killed her off way too soon, but again, they destroyed the character... on the other hand there's no good excuse for killing Davina, that was just silly

Not a huge fan of Cami but this was definitely sad. And even though I dislike her and ship Klaroline, I believe she was good for him, she accepted the darkest parts of him and truly loved him and let him unlike Caroline.
as someone who prefers Klamille over Klaroline i will forever respect you for having the courage to be able to see that cami was the better fit for klaus even if you are a Klaroline fan

She was the best and kind character of TO. Klamille was amazing and gorgoeus couple. So they killed Camille. They killed my OTP. But in fact they just killed the show for me. Goodbye Originals...

She could've interacted with more with the other Mikaelsons. I mean they're the writers they literally could've come up with other storylines for her than the ones I mentioned.Her character had so much potential but I guess it was easier for them just to kill her off

Klaus loved both, but not in love
The way I see it, he was terribly in love with Caroline, but really loved Camille as a partner and as an equal. I see Caroline as the love of his life and Camille as the woman of his life. And Aurora being the long life epic 'obsession', kind of like Katherine was for Damon and Stefan. Out of all 3 however, if Caroline did indeed get to love him like he deserves (we didn't get to see that, but Caroline hinted 'I would've let you chase me for a few more centuries'), she would have been the best for him.

@@obsessedkell6246 Their last days together were a glimpse of what could have been if Klaus would not have died. Caroline holding him accountable for his actions, but helping him anyway she could. Klaus did love Caroline, even after he left Mystic Falls, which was evident in his discussions with Stefan, when he came to New Orleans. He moved on, sure, but he still had a place in his heart for her. And the kiss was a farewell, closure.

Cami was honestly good for klaus soul, she never judged him or tried to change him. She understood him and brung out a different side of him. When klaus was going through it it’s cami that he instantly though of not Caroline. He was in love with cami , and had love for Caroline that’s the difference. I hate that toxic fans made her get written off the show that was so unnecessary. I hope he’s in peace with cami .

Samsung GALAXY S6 He kills without remorse, is super arrogant, and lets say he is right about being arrogant, when he's proven wrong he kills or hurts that person. Don't even get me started with his family they kill and kill and don't expect retribution and when it comes they always help him, but he always hurts them because he was abused by their father. He also Killed Mikeal, and stopped Kol from coming back, he also daggered all of his siblings three times over and locked Finn in a box for 900 years. The list goes on but I just hate him. I mean there are these few moments in which I like and respect his character but all in all I hate him.
I just realized that the first Klamille scene had a “terrible love “ song in the background and their last scene had it too but with a different singer 😭😭😭😭
