Hey, i'm just getting into 6mm wargaming, and i was wondering if you could do some tutorials on painting individual infantry, and some more stuff about foliage (like maybe palm trees or something).

This helps with my Alaitoc Eldar in 40k, wanted to go grimdark with the blue but the vintage early 90's cheesy yellow with black tiger stripes on the contrasting parts. And yes, orange and yellow is a pain to work with. Most the paints have terrible consistency and coverage and needs a proper base coat before applying.

Did you do the Tiger Stripe accent after the shading and highlight of the orange or when? And when do you do the black ink shading?

Awesome video! I have a question. Do you have any tips for painting tiger stripes over fur? I feel like the stripes will look odd over the texture of the fur on minis.

Not really, I've never tried stripes over fur but I imagine you'd want to keep it simple and perhaps practice on a 28mm animal miniature to see how it looks.

Nicely done ! I used to be a big fan of doing this and cheetah spots back in the day on space marines. The Zeus looks great with the shoulders done in tiger, whats the plan for the rest of the scheme ?

Thanks, the 15th Arcturan Guards are white with tiger striped upper arms so its close to being done.

If the stripes were the lighter color (For instance, a dark blue background and light blue stripes) would you still follow the same steps, or does it make more sense to paint the lighter color and then try to mask the stripes by applying the darker color on top? Or just apply a couple of layers of the lighter color in order for it to show up nicely?

I would still add the lighter stripes but keep in mind youd likely need two layers or a lighter color over your first blue to get them to stand out on a dark base.

Have you ever done digital tiger stripe? It's just it seems more modern Western militaries are starting to transition to a more digital camo pattern.
