Towering barricade continues to be the worst pve ability in the entire game, but for the sake of PvP it's never been changed to do anything or have any intrinsic subclass synergies lmao.
I agree, we have thruster, radiant dodge and Phoenix dive. But that's today's Bungie, if old Bungie had new bungies balancing they would've made the ice barricade another class ability, then make an exotic to buff that class ability

I don't think it was mentioned, but you can also spawn the lance off of final blows behind the barricade as well

Cryoclasm is partially bugged right now, just like amplified. Sliding sometimes just doesn't get the full slide distance. With amplified its almost always the first slide. With cryoclasm it seems very random. If its fixed I think it can be good, since you could accelerate very fast from almost a stand still. Bungie is aware of the bug, they replied to a post about it on the help forums.

Both diamond Lance and consecration were supposed to shatter stasis crystals with final shape and literally neither of them got implemented because nobody at bungie plays Titan.
I love how Bungie claimed "Titans are the masters of shattering crystals!" N then took away every consistent way of doing it lol 😂 well done Bungie grade A work.
Another Bungie W, even on other classes stasis is weak rn. Like one viable hunter build and one viable hunter build.
Same with "warlocks are the threadling masters" when hunters have exotic that gives them more threadlings on a threadling producing clone on a shorter cooldown class ability

I've been having a lot of fun with Lancecap and Wicked Implement surprisingly enough. 3rd crit slows, 4th crit kills, and the killing shot will spawn a crystal (Headstone) and also do a slow burst with the artifact perk (crit kills on slow/frozen creates a slowing burst). Fun against teams that like to hold hands a lot! :)
Hey Cammy, if you read this, your win @ 11:40 could’ve been had by blocking line of sight. If a stasis crystal or ice wall is put between the guardian & the ‘knife’ when they’re about to teleport, & only after choosing they’re teleport location, can you then throw a crystal & it will interrupt & stop them from teleporting entirely.
I'm hoping they revert Cryoclasm to its previous iteration, however with a new change that allows for instant super slides at the cost of a stack of frost armor.
i stopped washing dishes & started focusing up right as the full match started. seeing that diamond lance counter to the titan shiver striking in was a perfect OG Cammy moment.

I’d love to see things similar to this of “builds I brought over for the silly, party-mode control mode that is Iron Banner”. Not necessarily “the iron banner builds that WILL your k/d” but the ones that make farming this limited time mode more interesting without feeling like throwing

This is the loadout I used towards the end of last season. I've been wanting to make a Cadmus loadout on prismatic since stasis titan sucks now, but I haven't gotten around to it.

Cadmus Ridge has always been absolutely cracked. Pair it with Wicked Implement and it’s a force to be reckoned with.

Hunter: Get headshots. Spawn tracking knife that bounces around corners. Titan: Get headshots behind barricade, Create diamond lance, throw lance at person and shoot them OR grab diamond lance and chase and smash player. Bungie truly hates titans.

Idk if you've tried it, but ergo sum and crimils dagger on prismatic is really fun, if you get one multikill it's basically free transcendence
I really like the arc/void wave frame with gjallarhorn because you can 1 hit anyone with the wave, and then if the gjallarhorn rockets hit a second target, you can kill them with the dash hit afterwards

@@alexdupree5573 not just frost armour, but capping shard generation, you literally cannot generate like ⅓ of the amount in the same time anymore because you get 6 in 10 seconds lmao, with armamentarium you can do more than that with just nades 💀

@@fort809 realistically it's because very few people at bungie plays the class (the devs literally do not know the name of the titan abilities in the prismatic showcase) and because they have some very strong PvP options, but if they actually gave a shit they'd properly balance it separately.
Were titans we gotta try the hardest just to carry the team i had the easiest time of my life playin comp yesterday as a hunter but god damn when i hopped on my main titan comp was a fucking nightmare it was rough trynna carry i dont play warlock much in pvp either way hunter is by far the only character that makes it look easy😂
With the way crucible works in comp, IB, etc. the increase in DMG is considered a buff so instead of 70 with a 140 hc, I do 81. As soon as I die it drops to 70 again. It sucks with weighted knife cuz if I die and still get a headshot, it does 212 and doesn't kill

Everyone was dropping their videos on the topic a week ago and I was interested in what your thoughts on the state of Titans was and what you think could be done to make the class more fun to play (if you think it even needs that)
I’ve got an Athrys’s loving duo and a friend that loves Shadebinder so I normally run tectonic to set them up. If I was to use Diamond Lance loadout I’d like to get the nightfall stasis sword and maybe the updated Something New if I’m not running Stay Frosty or Prolonged Engagement. Til then I’m Enjoying Pure Poetry with Swash on shiver tech’d or frozen targets and Fire and Forget & Forget in the heavy slot.
Wouldn't thruster be better for the prism build for more movement? I feel like barricade is bait, I go for speed on prism titan, breaking aim assist on console and closing the gap while procing knockout for meele lunge.

Pretty low now since most of the reasons you’d want to use it have been removed. Armamentarium achieves the same thing but better nowadays whilst still letting you keep your regular barricade to insta shatter crystals with.
Idk why so many people despise PVP in D2. Like…yeah lemme run the same Strike 50 times in a row. Lol. Nah man. D2 PVP is good. It’s crazy in what to expect of others, but you can do so much and it isn’t off the wall stupid like the 15 killstreaks in the air and people killing you on 1 bullet like CoD. I don’t understand the hate most have for the Crucible.

Day 32 of cryoclasm still being bugged and completely unusable..
fairly certain nobody knew about this tech last season, but the one artifact perk for radiant on rapid solar weapon precision hits would somehow count as like 4x on BXR and some other weapons and you were able to place your mini-wall, hit 3 headshots to get a diamond lance, but it would also proc radiant from the artifact mod. Won multiple 1v3s with this build in trials and this would always be my fallback build inside trials if I got terrible teammates.
I played nine iron banner matches today, top of my team every match, and only won one. :[ I'm not even GREAT at the game, just slightly above average.

I've been having a BLAST with Behemoth! Admittedly more in PVE. Using Armamentarium or Lance Cap. Very interested to see how this works & give it a try in PVP!
They completely ruined it with the shard change in pve lmao, 6 then you're locked out for 10 seconds, you used to be able to get like 25 in the same time 😂
Behemoth is even WORSE in PvE than it is in PvP 😅
@@jonahbrown5669 I've been using Armamentarium, Bold Endings with Headstone and Collective Action & Tessellation with it's Catty! Lots of Freezing, Slow, Shatter etc. It's actually been really fun!

Behemoth definitely needs some love! Titans in general! Stasis is still my favourite Subclass, I am GLUED to Renewal Revenant & Bakris in PVP 😄 Osmiomancy Shadebinder got to a point I actually got bored of playing Warlock! I had so much fun with it, got really good at being an annoying dick in PVP & abusing the Turrets in PVE I wanted to swap, but then nothing else felt right!
I've gone about as heavy into Stasis as I can possibly go! Bold Endings, Tessellation, I need to find a Stasis Heavy GL/LMG maybe with Collective Action! Armamentarium with Tessellation is awesome as you can still have a secondary Grenade ready! The Catty slows or shatters enemies around the one you hit Grenade comes back almost immediately! Elemental Charge + Kickstarts tops it off! C.A literally on demand! Cryoclasm might have been messed with but I still make it work smashing enemies, glaciers collecting all the Stasis Shards for damage buffs etc etc.
I think because I haven't used it in forever & I really went ALL in on the build it just feels fun & different so I'm enjoying way more.

"tech" isn't shorthand for "technology" it's short for "technique"
In gaming since as far back as the 90s if not further, 'tech' actually _has been_ shorthand for 'technology' this whole time. Old, old videos and forum threads used the full word instead of shortening, especially among fighting games. I think this gets into an interesting note on what the actual word technology even means; the application of knowledge for practical purposes. (It's just that in modern times, we tend to _think_ of technology as what it often refers to, computers, machines, devices etc.)
