Good design!
If you want unfolding the trailer to be faster, I think you can try to replace the bolts that lock the trailer sides. Some sort of spring loaded pins could make folding and unfolding easier
I do worry about the telescoping frame, I wonder how much weight it can hold fully extended without bending or breaking

Ok. Małe usprawnienia. Będzie szybciej, łatwiej. Tam gdzie są śruby zabezpieczające, kołki metalowe ze sprężynami, proste zatrzaski sprężynowe lub coś podobnego. A całość ok 👍👏

That's a bike that I'd love to have with a few adjustments to the seating but other than that it's outstanding. I wish I had a welding machine cause I'd be doing some crazy builds. Thank you for your experience.

3:42 Best part of this "whatever" project - is that yellow homemade Rivnut tool (now i could do with one of those - as a rivnut tool is expensive - if one has to buy a pre-made one of many sizes - unlike that tool, which seems to just need the various sized bolt & rivnut to suit the job at hand.

I was thinking by have an extra bolt hole mid way on that extension bar, you could have so its half opens up. That way if you are only doing the weekly shopping with a much smaller load, you dont have to have it fully opened.
