Another Rusko banger, recommended for those who have just been mentally violated by our 'The Burial' Video. The wobbles are hot but not too heavy. Still good track. - Joe - *rate comment and subscribe*
this was the first dub i ever heard way back in year 10 english. my mind was blown and suffice to say the next few years were filled with thrilling highs, crippling lows and a constant ache in my jaw. I regret not 1 second of it.
its 2:49 am EST. i'm up and its chilly in here, sipping on a mug of hot coco made with whole milk. I can feel the warmth seep through my limbs even as this music seeps through my head and mind. god i love being a musically driven soul
Andrew Wiggin Back in the day there was amazing quality control. Vinyl was still king and there were limited labels putting out Dubstep. Back in 2005 - 2007 almost every single release was a must buy if you were a dj. As any genre gets older more shit tunes will be produced and released. Thankfully there are many still doing Dubstep proper. Very lucky to have been involved in the U.S scene back then though.
I thought dubstep was just random FM synthesizer noises when I was 9, because people considered Kill Everybody by Skrillex as a dubstep track just because of FM synthesizers.
Rusko was my first concert experience with dubstep. And my first experience with mdma. The combination in one crazy night was something I will never forget! Thank you, this song literally changed my life.
This song sounds amazing. Each and every individual sound put into this well made song is so perfectly placed and sounds great. + I love the theme of this song.
Yeah for real man. I discover new styles all the time. I have been digging deeper into the roots to find the influences of it all. There is so much music out there! You don't realize how much there is until you start digging. Every day i have a new favorite artist. I love discovering older stuff, but the new stuff is really good too! It's all getting better as i come to appreciate it more. My taste is developing. Sometimes i will come back to a song i didn't like before and i'll love it.
Most of the original dubstep pioneers said that it was this specific mix that caused dubstep to spiral out of control into this mire of absolute shite brostep we have today. Do not listen to this album.
This track will forever be one of my favourites. It was one of my favourites when I first started listening to dubstep in 2010 (mainly brostep) but my taste evolved shortly after that into the deeper, grittier and more sinister side of dubstep.
this is one of the first dubstep tunes i ever heard, and i loved it. it got me into dubstep. now, even though i've heard hundreds of other songs, this is still my favourite
Yeah, there are a lot of mountains here, and that's pretty cool. I love hiking, but there are a lot of forests here, as well. I hear they're nicer in Sweeden, though. :)
Just to let everyone know - TRUE dubstep is still underground. The mainstream stuff is just what dubstep has become. Not what it originally was. But there is nothing wrong with that, that is how new genres are created. If it didn't work that way dubstep wouldn't exist it would still be UK garage or 2 step. Evolution is not a bad thing. And neither is becoming main stream. I would not have found out about all this great music if it weren't for my friend showing me some skrillex...
Coaja Cristian brought me here.
Pro tip: watch series on flixzone. I've been using it for watching lots of of movies recently.
@Howard Talon definitely, have been using flixzone} for since december myself =)
@Howard Talon yea, I've been watching on flixzone} for since december myself =)
Hear this banger for the first time when I was 16 years old in Stealth, Nottingham - instantly fell in love with the dubstep sound - miss those days!
Who doesn't
The times when life was calm and you didn't know what's next
Now you're pretty well known, have a good day if you've seen this 💜
i was heard literally thousand dubstep tracks in my life but this one is imo still most epic one
you sure most of them weren't brostep?
because dub is reggae pretty much, and dubstep is a 4/4 time usually, 90 or 140? bpm, with a reggae feeling to it.
True, not many tracks give me goosebumps like this one does. Damn, I miss the old Rusko.
DubberAdi amen
DubberAdi I miss the old dubstep in general shit like this is so good, i also love flux's old stuff
