This was the most entertaining game and group and defintly the strongest group. I hope south africa will qualify, because also with zambia, all of them were so spectacular to watch. And nigeria well, brings up the best u17 teams in the world, there is nothing else to add. Greetings 🇲🇦
Excellent performance by both teams. Both coaches showed solid technical prowess, although the South African coach was frustratingly too defensive in his approach. Hope Linus and the magical Siyabonga Mabena are jewels to watch out for.

SA was outclassed in every position. Coach Crowley is tactically bankrupt. The team was relying solely on individual brilliance. That said, Dokunmu is a star in the making -- boy hardly loses possession. Mabena is great but players like shine in the junior ranks only to fade in senior teams. He needs to work very hard and keep a sober mind on his head. Well done Nigeria, deserved victory.

Congradulations to Niger boys. Nigeria always outclass us when it comes to physicality and pase. South African football is all about skills and tactics hence we seem to struggle against West Africans who are naturally giants. Our boys should have played the South African style, ball possession, short passes & open space and fast football with some skills to confuse their opponents.

That last goal is offside. It means there's no VAR. 😂
I had an initial thought, but if you watch the video again at a slower playback speed of 0.25, you will see that the hand of the South African defender prevented the scorer from being in an offside position.
@@kelly.o.samuel3454 In offside situation; the head, the body and the feet is what is constantly being that you can't score with your hands. Even at that, look at my compatriot feet and knee, even his arm are all in offside. The event happened so fast that lineman couldn't spot it but if their was VAR it would have been checked properly.
