March 14th 2022. Out of every video that I seen they all suggest cutting the edges the corner on a table. But after watching this video using the glue gun or the blow-dryer like I did really really work and doing his method. But one more extra stuff I could suggest by the crystal clear. That makes it more tolerable because the clear is more stronger. And then I realized to remove it after you have it on for so long I'm going to put another cellophane use the hot blow dryer the same or the hot glue gun the same when you do stickers and you can remove it. So again thank you for your video it really helps with the edges.

The temperature used depends a lot on the film, the distance and the work you are doing. Generally a temperature of 150-200 °C (300-400 °F) is used. However, it is possible to use a normal hairdryer, the time will be longer due to the lower temperature.

You mean using it on compound curves ? I would think that if it works on that fairly sharp, curved corner a compound curve would be easy, using the heat gun. I have to update my kitchen cupboard doors, and intend to use it on them.Every corner is a compound curve. Even on my old kitchen, the covering on the corners was beginning to de -laminate,where there was any heat.So even professionally made cupboard doors can have problems. But I am sure after a couple of failed attempts I will get the hang of it. Cheaper than replacement doors. Similar film is used on Cars ,and compound curves come in abundance on vehicles. Give it a go. Hope all goes well on your project. Don.
