- My demo of the Wren and Cuff MKII Germanium Bender!

Based on the “Bender” style fuzzers from the 60’s and 70’s, the MKII is a liquidy 3 transistor germanium fuzz chock full of vintage tone and a smooth attitude.
Each pedal uses hand selected vintage germanium transistors and for convenience, the polarity has been “flipped” to accommodate, today’s effects power supplies.
This is an extremely limited run, and will only be available through The Effect Factory in France.

I have owned a TON of fuzz pedals and if this priced a bit lower this would be an immediate purchase. Once you play a wren and cuff fuzz you know, it’s just massive and perfect. Great demo.
Thanks!
Sounds KILLER!!!
YEP!
Great work my friend!
Thanks buddy!
Nothing like a good ol' germanium !
Yeah!
Cool Pedal and Cool Video 🤘🏻🎸
Thanks!
Thank you so much for the killer demo. :)

Fat-Bottomed Fuzz you make the rocking world go round🖤...or you make my bank balance go down🤔😆
Love it!!!!!!!
I need this pedal and can't find it anywhere... 😳
I think it was a limited run
When you use a fuzz, what do you typically set your pedal/guitar knobs at? I find often that when I use a fuzz I don't get the fuzz tones unless my guitar volume is at 10. It cleans up almost too well. Do you typically have your amp distorted or on breakup?
Depends, but amp on breakup (or with an overdrive after the fuzz to simulate that) and full on my guitars. Knobs on fuzz to taste.
$400 USD for this? Dang...
Those transistors...
...are found on ebay pretty inexpensively
Jeffery Pallo I laughed out loud at your quick wit. I will say though that finding the right gain ranges and tuning tone benders to sound great is truly and art and a very tedious one. I agree, maybe not a $350 dollar effort but truly great tone benders sound miles away from run-of-the mill variants in the $100-200 in most instances.
