Matthew had the taste, but Shawn has a better presentation. Based on presentation I'd wanna try Shawns but I'm not sure if I'd be a fan of the messy cake underneath. This is an insane challenge, a charlotte is a huge pain to make. It takes a lot of effort and attention to detail, but most of all it takes a lot of time. Its a beautiful, rich, well balanced mix of textures and flavors when done correctly, a perfect choice to celebrate a special occasion. Pulling it off in so little time is mind boggling.
