Measurements of the ingredients is based on my personal taste, you may adjust it to your own taste.
Ingredients:
2lbs(1kg ground pork)
1 egg
spring onion
finely chopped carrots
ground garlic and onion (you may use fresh garlic&onion also)
salt and pepper
2 tbsp corn starch you can also use rice starch
1tsp magic sarap (optional)
lumpia/spring roll wrapper
vegetable oil for frying
