Russia is gradually losing control over occupied Crimea - Military expert

Ukrainian military expert Vladyslav Selezniov believes that Ukraine’s Defense Forces are gradually diminishing the Russian military presence in Crimea. He expressed his opinion on Espreso TV.
“Russia is losing its military presence in Crimea, although it is happening slowly. This is primarily due to Ukraine’s Defense Forces destroying Russian military infrastructure in Crimea. When Russia is forced to relocate missile launchers closer to Novorossiysk, it signifies a reduction in military presence.
Similarly, the loss of air defense and missile defense capabilities in Crimea weakens the combat readiness of the Russian troops on the peninsula. Destruction of Russian ammunition depots and equipment in Crimea further undermines their military strength,” expert stated.
Selezniov emphasized the strategic importance of destroying the Crimean bridge.
“The Defense Forces have repeatedly stated that 2024 will be a year of special attention to occupied Crimea. The Russian forces must feel that Crimea is not their land but Ukrainian. This land will burn under the feet of Russians until the last Russian soldier leaves Crimea. And they should hurry, because Maliuk and Budanov have repeatedly stated that the structure of the Crimean bridge is redundant and should be destroyed. So, while they have the opportunity, they can leave our Crimea,” he added.
Military expert Serhiy Zgurets believes that the Ukrainian Armed Forces are conducting systematic work to destroy Russian air defense in the temporarily occupied Crimea. According to the expert, Russia is reinforcing Crimea with air defense systems.
"Recently, the Ukrainian Defense Forces, using ATACMS missiles and UAVs, have been systematically eliminating the entire Russian air defense in Crimea. We know that over the past two months, 15 units of Russian air defense systems have been destroyed in the temporarily occupied Crimea. This was reported by the General Staff of the Ukrainian Armed Forces. In particular, S-300, S-400, command posts and radars for these air defense systems. In fact, the Ukrainian Armed Forces' systemic measures are now aimed at completely clearing Crimea of Russian air defense. This is not an easy task. The enemy has a significant number of these military assets," he added.

The British experience in India, in China, in the southernmost of Southeast Asia...The Germans over much of Europe... The Japanese over much of Asia (from Korea, through China and the Philippines, to SE Asia & Burma, etc).... The French experience in northern and central Africa, in Indochina... The Americans' replacement of the French in Indochina.... The Russians and, then, the Americans respective experiences in Afghanistan.... and, now, the Russia's experience in eastern & southern Ukraine....
Forcibly taking over someone else's land and occupying it, saying "It's now and forever ours".... it ALWAYS is a very costly and FOREVER STRUGGLE with the locals, again, regardless how powerful you THINK you are...
Russian occupation is on the more preciousness end of occupation and comes with Military conquest, Russification, colonization, language restrictions, corruption, oligarchs, secret police, oppression and dictatorship. The British empire grew organically on the basis of trade and security deals and came with a functioning set of laws. The British were often seen as more honest by the local people than their own rulers. No one is as bad as the Russians. Not Dutch, French, Germans. In fact most western nations were rapidly 'de colonising' and trying to get functioning democracies going. Russia in fact delibratly destablised Africa by funding various Marxist dicators before the democratization process could be completed.
The past few months NATO has been improving their supply chain for 155mm shells. Artillery pieces, both towed and self-propelled were delivered and they have rotated some M777s back to have the barrels relined. But the big news is the resumption of aid from the U.S. and the last batch included tens of thousands of M1156 Precision Guidance Kits to be used with the 155mm shells. Supply lines are converging with both shells and guidance kits being delivered to the front lines. My information indicates that the CEP of the M1156 is much less than 1/2 of the advertised value.
