Tyler, you are the youngest master of polyrhythms that I have ever had the pleasure of watching and learning from. I'm a 65 year old man who started drumming when I was 29, so even though I have many years and many hours in the craft, I still have plenty of room to learn from your technique. You are going to be sought after by the best musicians out there.

Great work kid! If I didnt see the video and just listened to the track, I would've thought it was Danney Carey. Even the way the kit sounded so open is spot on. It shows how much work youve put on your rudiments, technique, independancy, dynamics, tuning.

What’s that pattern that starts at 4:51 ?
It’s like a 5 stroke pattern with the first stroke doubled, so a 5/16, that takes 3 bars to resolve.

This was really good man. Quite impressive, especially because of how young you look (unless you just look young but are actually older).
For some constructive feedback, the only thing I would say is there are a few parts where you’re a little off the beat. I’d focus on trying to to tighten those sections up a bit, but otherwise you have the technical skills to definitely go far man. Keep it up!
