- One of the most, if not THE most spiritual moments the Fallout Shelter has had the pleasure to share. Dangermuffin performing the Van Morrison classic "Into the Mystic" during their second visit to The Extended Play Sessions. Dan Lotti on rhythm guitar and vocals, Steven Sandifer on upright bass and the mind-boggling guitar of Mike Sivilli round out the trio that ranks as one of the best American Roots music bands in the country.
Oh my, I came on this by chance and so glad I did, I'm a hardy VM fan but I just love this version, great voice and excellent guitar
What an amazing version of one of my favorite songs. so much talent!
Clearly... whoever gave this a thumbs down is either deaf or cannot recognize musical talent....excellent musicians.
They lack a soul.
Exactly!✌️❤️
I'm from Muscle Shoals, Alabama, .... I heard really good music all the time, but just listening to the music these guys are playing, touches the soul. I could listen to this forever! Don't ever stop playing great music! Come to Muscle Shoals sometime!
I’ve never heard of a bad cover of this song. Everyone who sings it like this band does it with their own beauty and talent and the music and lyrics always transcend from their soul to mine
Wonderful version of one of the best songs ever written
I thought: Oh no, not another guy with a hat and a beard covering "Into the Mystic" ;-) But this is GOOD!
We caught this trio during this tour in a tiny venue in West Chester PA. It was unbelievable!
Fab sound --classic luv this song
Simplicity is a mystical sophistication.
Nicely done, superb work on lead guitar.
A truly special performance by a great band, captured wonderfully by a great audio/video crew (Bill, Eric, Maribeth, George and Matt)!
This is a very good version...I like it very much ❤️
Acoustic trio makes this a cover to appreciate and return to.
Their reading of this song really packs an emotional punch. True musicianship.
Perfect 👍💚🎶
Great job! My favorite Van Morrison song ❤️🎶

🤩
i had heard you guys mentioned many times before. was great to finally hear you. thumbs up all around.
Me brethren. Feel feel feel. Don’t you dare start thinking you crazy mofos!! Wifey keeps stealing the Danger(our) Muff(in) t shirt that once (it’s legend) absorbed the sweat of not only Dan, but Rhythm Master Sandifer, and Mad(not mad) Mike! The wife fills it out much better though😜❤️😘. “How many should I take?”, on my second finger pinch full of fungus, and Dan drops his jaw and goes, “man I think you may have taken too much!” I respond, “eh, it always takes me twice as much to start singing, I’m sure I’ll be fine, besides I’m rolling out of here in a minute and I’ll home in twenty”, knowing it takes 45-60 to hit. 10 minutes later I pull away from Folly Beach after a long day of sound and General Tomfoolery, sun has switched to heat lightning(distant lightning) as wide as the sky. Clouds are glowing. Jane’s Addiction Nothing’s Shocking is the only thing that sounds acceptable about now, Ocean Size is ripping away, and I realize that I, myself, am ripped. Why is everyone else driving so fast and recklessly? Oh, am I towing a trailer? Man I could really enjoy a cool fun day with some ultra cool friends and great music and Major Buzzivegot with a side of harmonic resonance to soothe my hungry ears. Man that would be great. Oh, wait, did that just happen? Damn. The Muff strikes again. Danger danger.
Quando a composição original de uma canção é boa, todas as versões que essa canção recebe são boas, que é o caso de Into the Mystic.
