Totally respectful and this was when he was literally sitting on top of the MMA world. I watched him work with a young man, disabled. He spent half an hour teaching this kid how to pass the guard. I believe it! Maybe ten or twelve years ago I was having breakfast at a small spot in Montreal and noticed GSP having breakfast alone (?!) at a corner table in the back. Because I could not resist, I went over and began by apologizing for interrupting his meal. Talk about a gentleman! He set down his fork to listen, and I waited for him to finish his mouthful. I said what I had to say, he thanked me and gave me a big smile, and I let him finish his breakfast. Classy guy.
