ingredients:
1.Mangoes- 2
Remove the seeds without peels
Preparation of Malai:
2.liquid milk-2 cup
3.Sugar-3tspn
3.Amul Milk Powder-2tbsp
4.Kesar
Add 2cup milk and sugar boil for few
Minutes after adding little amount of amul powdered milk and kesar if want also add cardamam powdered for sweet fragrence(optional) ..boil for 4-5 mints until its quantity became half and also this milk became very thick..and look the colour also changed for adding kesar..after the malai is ready wait for few minutes untill it's cool down and fill this empty mango with this malai and freeze for 7-8 hours.after freezing, it's became very hard and removes this peels gently and cut down by sliced .
5.Dry fruits- add Pesta, Raisin for garnish
and ready to serve..
