Not sure if you returned the wallet but if you put some cards in the wallet and put some pressure on the strap the closure will snap and hold. by the way, nice video. Thanks

It's empty so there is no tension on the strap.... my element works fine with about 10 cards & 6 bills in it.
Mine has been working great ! Guess I was just used to a snap that went "snap". Still using it, so 🤙

you should keep papery cards in the back and give the wallet a week or two abd your wallet should be able to use one handed
