Hi Christina, just a quick word to say I was so struck by the book I decided to use it in class at the uni - tomorrow I'll see what the students think of it. There are so many details that, despite all the tough content regarding mental health issues running in the family, are consoling and funny - like the way it ends with the cat reappearing. I truly deserves a larger audience!!

Oh wow, it's great that you're asking your university students to read this book. I'd love to know what they thought of it ☺

I loved, loved this book!! It will be a re-read for me and one I am very glad I finally had time to read - with zero expectations beforehand. 💙 Hoping to suggest to my book club.

I have this book on my tbr because ever since I saw the title I was really intrigued by this one. I also really am interested in books about death, mental health and anything like that. It sounds like it goes deep into that and it can be a bit heavy because of it as well. It makes sense to be processing it and taking your time with it! I am glad you were drawn right into it and found it be unique. It's good that there were funny moments to balance the intensity.
